應(yīng)用

SM 1231 模擬量輸入信號模塊允許將控制器與過程的模擬信號連接。

這為用戶提供了下列優(yōu)勢：

使用模擬信號模塊，用戶可以使其控制器地滿足更加復(fù)雜的任務(wù)要求
直接連接傳感器：
高達 14 位的分辨率和不同的輸入范圍允許在沒有附加放大器的情況下連接傳感器

如果任務(wù)后續(xù)有所擴展，可以升級控制器。更新用戶程序非常簡單。

設(shè)計

信號模塊具有與基本設(shè)備相同的設(shè)計特點。

安裝在 DIN 導(dǎo)軌上：
模塊安裝在右側(cè) CPU 旁邊的導(dǎo)軌上，相互電氣、機械地連接，并且通過滑塊機構(gòu)連接到 CPU。
直接安裝：
水平或垂直安裝在 DIN 導(dǎo)軌上或使用集成插片直接安裝在控制柜。

SM 1231 模擬量輸入信號模塊將過程的模擬信號轉(zhuǎn)換為數(shù)字信號，以供 SIMATIC S7-1200 進行內(nèi)部處理。
