      CPU 416-5H 可用于 SIMATIC S7-400H 和 S7-400F/FH。它可建立故障容錯(cuò) S7-400H 系統(tǒng)。也可結(jié)合 F 運(yùn)行*一起用于 S7-400F/FH 故障安全自動(dòng)化系統(tǒng)。
