Product features:
The magnesium alloy produced by our company is made of high quality raw material. The anode potential is negative and the unit mass is large. It is the ideal sacrificial anode material. Suitable for cathodic protection of metal structures in soil, fresh water and sea water, such as oil and gas pipelines, storage tanks, hot water exchangers, condensers, etc..
The magnesium alloy sacrificial anode is produced according to the national standard GB/T17731-2004 "magnesium alloy sacrificial anode", used for the anode of the pipeline, and conforms to SY/T0019-97 "the design specification of sacrificial anode cathodic protection for buried steel pipelines".
- 該產(chǎn)品具有以下特點(diǎn):(1)比重小、電位較負(fù)、(2)對(duì)鐵的驅(qū)動(dòng)電壓高,電流效率低、(3)特別適用于高電阻率介質(zhì)中。
- (對(duì)于電阻率大于100Ω·m,建議采用帶狀鎂陽(yáng)極)
使用注意事項(xiàng):
- 應(yīng)避免與鋼結(jié)構(gòu)發(fā)生撞擊。
- 在土壤中使用時(shí),應(yīng)埋設(shè)在低洼潮濕的地方。
- 土壤中使用時(shí),陽(yáng)極必須裝入填包料袋中埋設(shè)。
- 安裝時(shí),管道與陽(yáng)極的距離和陽(yáng)極與陽(yáng)極的距離宜大于等于三米,zui小不宜小于0.3m。
- 在土壤干燥地區(qū)陽(yáng)極放入土坑后,應(yīng)將填包料用水充分浸透后方能回填土,以免陽(yáng)極不能充分導(dǎo)電。wz75462226
