      SINAMICS G120C is a compact converter for control cabinet mounting in IP20 degree of protection where the Control Unit (CU) and Power Module (PM) function units are combined in one device.

      The compact mechanical design and the high power density allow these devices to be installed in machine control enclosures and control cabinets for maximum space utilization. The SINAMICS G120C compact converter can be butt-mounted directly, without derating at temperatures up to 40 °C (104 °F).

      SINAMICS G120C, frame size FSAA with BOP-2

      SINAMICS G120C can be integrated into the widest range of applications, either using the integrated digital and analog inputs or via the integrated fieldbus interface (available in USS, Modbus RTU, PROFIBUS, PROFINET / EtherNet/IP versions). Especially the product versions with integrated PROFIBUS/PROFINET interface make full integration into the Siemens TIA family possible, therefore allowing the advantages of the seamless TIA product family to be fully utilized. SINAMICS G120C devices are preset in the factory so that they can be immediay connected to PROFIBUS and/or PROFINET fieldbus systems without parameterization.

      SINAMICS G120C is also equipped with the safety function STO (Safe Torque Off) as standard, which is used to safely stop drives. As a consequence, machine manufacturers can simply comply with current machinery directives with minimum associated costs.

      SINAMICS G120C can control asynchronous (induction) motors in the power range from 0.37 kW up to 132 kW (0.5 hp to 200 hp). Reliable and efficient motor operation is achieved by using state-of-the-art IGBT technology combined with vector control. The extensive range of functions integrated in the SINAMICS G120C also offers a high degree of protection for the converter and motor.

      Line-side components

      Line reactors

      Line reactors smooth the current drawn by the converter and thus reduce harmonic components in the line current. Through the reduction of the current harmonics, the thermal load on the power components in the rectifier and in the DC-link capacitors is reduced as well as the harmonic effects on the supply. The use of a line reactor increases the service life of the converter.

      Recommended line-side power components

      Standard fuses can be used for the SINAMICS G120C. These must be dimensioned to comply with local regulations. In this chapter, you will find recommended components such as fuses and circuit breakers in compliance with IEC and UL regulations.

      DC link components

      Braking resistors

      Excess energy in the DC link is dissipated in the braking resistor. The braking resistors are designed for use with the SINAMICS G120C. This has an integrated braking chopper (electronic switch).

      Output reactors reduce the rate of voltage rise (dv/dt) and the height of the current peaks, and enable longer motor cables to be connected.

      SIMENS S7-200 PLC實現(xiàn)銅金金礦熱壓浸出系統(tǒng)應(yīng)用效果

        1 引言

        銅金金礦熱壓浸出處理是冶煉黃金過程中一個重要的工序,也是一個典型的單元操作;該工序有著工藝復(fù)雜、工況惡劣、高溫高壓、沖刷、易堵等特點,并且大部分 的閥門、泵等設(shè)備均在室外,整個工藝裝置地處在礦山上,粉塵較多,工作環(huán)境比較惡劣,對PLC控制系統(tǒng)的干擾因素也較多;因此對設(shè)備控制的安全性和可靠性 提出了較高的要求;本文著重討論如何利用SIMENS公司S7-200 PLC可編程序控制器來實現(xiàn)對銅金金礦熱壓浸出系統(tǒng)的過程控制。

        2 工藝概述

        工藝流程如圖1所示,將銅金精礦粉、崒余液、工業(yè)水加入調(diào)漿槽內(nèi),經(jīng)過攪拌、崒取、過濾處理后,進入加熱槽內(nèi)加熱,然后通過礦漿進料泵將礦漿打入反應(yīng)釜內(nèi),同時加入氧氣、蒸汽等其它物料,在釜內(nèi)進行化學(xué)反應(yīng)后,礦漿去閃蒸罐內(nèi)進行閃蒸,閃蒸后的礦漿經(jīng)過壓濾機壓濾后流向界外。

        在整個流程中,反應(yīng)釜的釜溫控制尤其重要,釜內(nèi)溫度的高低關(guān)系到釜內(nèi)化學(xué)反應(yīng)是否*,從而影響到能否有效熔解銅金金礦粉和礦漿中雜質(zhì)的除去,通過調(diào)節(jié)進 入釜內(nèi)蒸汽的用量以及冷卻水的用量可以有效控制釜溫在設(shè)定的范圍內(nèi)波動。

        3 PLC控制系統(tǒng)

        3.1 系統(tǒng)介紹

        該系統(tǒng)以開關(guān)量控制為主,涉及模擬量、脈沖量等信號,主要包括粉水配比控制,蒸汽和礦漿的溫度記錄、調(diào)節(jié);調(diào)漿槽、加熱槽液位的監(jiān)測、數(shù)據(jù)采集及控制;反 應(yīng)釜釜溫,液位的監(jiān)測、數(shù)據(jù)采集和調(diào)節(jié);此外還有礦漿泵、進料泵、輸送泵、壓濾機、攪拌機等的電機運行、聯(lián)鎖、順序開/停、電流數(shù)據(jù)采集、監(jiān)測、保護控制 和報警處理等等,此處不一一講述;整個系統(tǒng)輸入/輸出點數(shù)如下:

        模擬量輸入(AI):30點; 模擬量輸出(AO):20點

        數(shù)字量輸入(DI):58點; 數(shù)字量輸出(DO):40點

        3.2 系統(tǒng)設(shè)計思路

        根據(jù)工藝特點和控制要求,該系統(tǒng)配置主要包括SIMENS S7-200(自動系統(tǒng))、二個操作站、一個供電柜、一臺SIMENS UPS(3KVA)以及其它如配電器、打印機、操作臺、工業(yè)以太網(wǎng)組件等附件;編程軟件選用STEP7 MICRO/WIN,該軟件基于WINDOWS平臺,軟件*漢化,使用個人計算機運行該軟件,可以很方便的對S7-200PLC進行編程、程序調(diào)試、監(jiān)視、參數(shù)修改;系統(tǒng)配置簡圖如下圖2所示;圖中1#操作站兼作工程師站;為了保證生產(chǎn)的連續(xù)性和控制系統(tǒng)的可靠性,系統(tǒng)采用模塊化、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化、冗余結(jié)構(gòu),即按照功能設(shè)計來選用獨立的模塊,如*處理模塊、A/D轉(zhuǎn)換模塊、DI(DO)轉(zhuǎn)換模塊、溫度控制模塊等等,這樣有利系統(tǒng)功能的靈活應(yīng)用,即使以后工藝流 程改變,只要將模塊重新組合就可實現(xiàn)相應(yīng)的控制要求;同時我們將主控單元、關(guān)鍵參數(shù)I/O卡件、電源單元等單元采取冗余結(jié)構(gòu),可以確保當(dāng)某塊卡件發(fā)生故障 時系統(tǒng)自動無擾動切換到另一冗余卡件,大大提高了系統(tǒng)的安全性和可靠性;考慮到PLC出現(xiàn)故障90%以上是因為粉塵的原因,因此在配置時要求成套商在各模 塊印刷線路板表面噴一層絕緣漆,有效避免因灰塵短路造成模塊燒損;此外我們在PLC系統(tǒng)單獨接地、輸入輸出模塊選擇、屏蔽電纜選型與敷設(shè)、機柜等電位連接 等方面都采取了有效的抗干擾措施。

        3.3 PLC系統(tǒng)實現(xiàn)的功能

        本控制系統(tǒng)采用自動操作和手動遙控二種控制模式,主要實現(xiàn)下列功能

        3.3.1 粉水配比控制:

        PLC根據(jù)精礦粉的用量來控制工業(yè)水的流量,即將粉水比例控制在規(guī)定的范圍內(nèi),這樣既可避免因料液濃度太低(加水太多)而造成生產(chǎn)能力下將,蒸汽消耗大; 又可避免因料液濃度太高(加水太少)而造成料液粘性、流動性差而導(dǎo)致輸送物料困難。

        3.3.2 液位調(diào)節(jié)及聯(lián)鎖:

        膜片式液位變送器將測得的液位以4-20mADC標(biāo)準(zhǔn)信號送入PLC,經(jīng)過A/D模塊轉(zhuǎn)換成數(shù)字量供CPU運算處理,與設(shè)定值比較后將結(jié)果以 4-20mADC信號送到電氣閥門定位器,再轉(zhuǎn)變成0.2-1.0KPa的壓力信號來調(diào)節(jié)入口閥門的開度;同時PLC根據(jù)測得的加熱槽液位的高低來聯(lián)鎖開 /停礦漿進料泵。

        3.3.3 釜溫控制:

        反應(yīng)釜釜溫主要受兩個因素的影響,一是通入蒸汽的用量,二是通入冷卻水的用量以及氧氣的含量;本系統(tǒng)溫度控制采用串級/分程控制,即PLC根據(jù)所測釜溫及 夾套溫度來控制入口蒸汽調(diào)節(jié)閥和冷卻水調(diào)節(jié)閥的開度;從工藝生產(chǎn)安全角度出發(fā),本設(shè)計蒸汽調(diào)節(jié)閥選用氣開式,冷卻水調(diào)節(jié)閥選用氣閉式,考慮到只有兩個調(diào)節(jié)閥,所以分程控制信號的接合部可選在調(diào)節(jié)器輸出信號的中點處,在反應(yīng)初期通入蒸汽和氧氣使溫度迅速達(dá)到反應(yīng)所需的溫度,一旦釜溫超過上*,蒸汽調(diào)節(jié)閥開 度減小,冷卻水調(diào)節(jié)閥開度加大,迅速把多余的熱量帶走,以免出現(xiàn)過熱發(fā)應(yīng); 當(dāng)釜溫低于下*,蒸汽調(diào)節(jié)閥開度加大,冷卻水調(diào)節(jié)閥開度減小,釜溫迅速上升,避免釜溫太低導(dǎo)致反應(yīng)不*;反應(yīng)釜溫度串級/分程控制如下圖示。

        3.3.4 二位式控制:

        差壓變送器將測得的反應(yīng)釜液位以4-20mADC標(biāo)準(zhǔn)信號送入PLC,PLC判斷液位是否達(dá)到極限值,當(dāng)液位處于上*,PLC輸出相應(yīng)觸點,觸點閉合電磁閥通電打開,氣源通氣,出口程控閥打開,液位下降;當(dāng)液位處于下*,PLC輸出相應(yīng)觸點,觸點斷開電磁閥斷電關(guān)閉,氣源不通氣,出口程控閥關(guān)閉,液位上升;同時液位越*發(fā)出聲光報警,提醒操作人員做出相應(yīng)的處理。

        3.3.5 故障的跟蹤與檢測:

        由于系統(tǒng)控制復(fù)雜,操作頻繁,連續(xù)運行時間較長,有時難免出現(xiàn)各類故障,若不能及時將故障診斷、排除,勢必給生產(chǎn)帶來損失;PLC利用輸出點直接報出故障 的具體控制點,并直接點亮相應(yīng)的故障指示燈,如泵、攪拌機等的過電流顯示、執(zhí)行機構(gòu)、驅(qū)動機構(gòu)的綜合故障等等。

        4 過程管理軟件:

        為了方便管理人員管理、實時了解生產(chǎn)過程的設(shè)備、儀器儀表的工作狀態(tài),在操作站和工程師站上,通過監(jiān)控軟件可實現(xiàn)實時曲線畫面顯示、總貌畫面顯示、流程圖 畫面顯示、回路控制與聯(lián)鎖,設(shè)備的順序開/停及保護,參數(shù)越限報警,參數(shù)整定,系統(tǒng)故障診斷,畫面切換,用戶權(quán)限,報表打印等功能;系統(tǒng)動態(tài)顯示各主要設(shè) 備的運行狀態(tài),據(jù)此操作人員可對整個系統(tǒng)的工藝設(shè)備有一個直觀詳細(xì)的了解,以便隨時解決生產(chǎn)中出現(xiàn)的問題;為了安全起見,防止外來人員非法進入或退出系統(tǒng),可通過設(shè)置密碼或口令以限制不同級別的人員操作;當(dāng)需要在自/手動之間切換時,操作人員只需在操作站上按相關(guān)按鈕即可完成;在工程師站上,工程師可隨時根據(jù)需要添加輸入/輸出點,組態(tài)非常方便。

        5 應(yīng)用效果
