      SINAMICS G120C is a compact converter for control cabinet mounting in IP20 degree of protection where the Control Unit (CU) and Power Module (PM) function units are combined in one device.

      The compact mechanical design and the high power density allow these devices to be installed in machine control enclosures and control cabinets for maximum space utilization. The SINAMICS G120C compact converter can be butt-mounted directly, without derating at temperatures up to 40 °C (104 °F).

      SINAMICS G120C, frame size FSAA with BOP-2

      SINAMICS G120C can be integrated into the widest range of applications, either using the integrated digital and analog inputs or via the integrated fieldbus interface (available in USS, Modbus RTU, PROFIBUS, PROFINET / EtherNet/IP versions). Especially the product versions with integrated PROFIBUS/PROFINET interface make full integration into the Siemens TIA family possible, therefore allowing the advantages of the seamless TIA product family to be fully utilized. SINAMICS G120C devices are preset in the factory so that they can be immediay connected to PROFIBUS and/or PROFINET fieldbus systems without parameterization.

      SINAMICS G120C is also equipped with the safety function STO (Safe Torque Off) as standard, which is used to safely stop drives. As a consequence, machine manufacturers can simply comply with current machinery directives with minimum associated costs.

      SINAMICS G120C can control asynchronous (induction) motors in the power range from 0.37 kW up to 132 kW (0.5 hp to 200 hp). Reliable and efficient motor operation is achieved by using state-of-the-art IGBT technology combined with vector control. The extensive range of functions integrated in the SINAMICS G120C also offers a high degree of protection for the converter and motor.

      Line-side components

      Line reactors

      Line reactors smooth the current drawn by the converter and thus reduce harmonic components in the line current. Through the reduction of the current harmonics, the thermal load on the power components in the rectifier and in the DC-link capacitors is reduced as well as the harmonic effects on the supply. The use of a line reactor increases the service life of the converter.

      Recommended line-side power components

      Standard fuses can be used for the SINAMICS G120C. These must be dimensioned to comply with local regulations. In this chapter, you will find recommended components such as fuses and circuit breakers in compliance with IEC and UL regulations.

      DC link components

      Braking resistors

      Excess energy in the DC link is dissipated in the braking resistor. The braking resistors are designed for use with the SINAMICS G120C. This has an integrated braking chopper (electronic switch).

      Output reactors

      Output reactors reduce the rate of voltage rise (dv/dt) and the height of the current peaks, and enable longer motor cables to be connected.

      PC和PLC總線控制技術(shù)應(yīng)用在海底光纜護(hù)套生產(chǎn)線上

       

        1 引言

        我國擁有較長的海岸線,且在近海海域蘊(yùn)藏著豐富的石油和天然氣資源,對通訊的需求日益增加;另外,原來鋪設(shè)的海底通信電纜,由于電纜通信容量小,抗干擾性差,老化現(xiàn)象嚴(yán)重,在大多數(shù)情況下必須使用海底光纜才能*解決島嶼的通信問題。早在1986年,我單位就生產(chǎn)出國內(nèi)*條海底光纜。此后,海纜的結(jié)構(gòu)不斷變化,設(shè)備制造工藝也在不斷的更新。我單位研制的海 底光纜生產(chǎn)線也采用了不少國內(nèi)外*技術(shù),其中pc和西門子s7系列plc在海底光纜護(hù)套生產(chǎn)線電氣主控系統(tǒng)上的應(yīng)用就是一個(gè)主要方面。

        2 海底光纜護(hù)套生產(chǎn)線

        海底光纜護(hù)套生產(chǎn)線主要用途是海底光纜用光纖松套不銹鋼管護(hù)套的大長度生產(chǎn),該生產(chǎn)線主要有φ2500地軌龍門行走式主動放線架、主動放線張力控制裝置、 sj30臥式擠出機(jī)(擠熱熔膠)、sj90擠出機(jī)、2m移動冷水冷卻水槽及水箱、8m熱水冷卻水槽及水箱、12m溫水冷卻水槽及水箱、30m冷水冷卻水 槽、吹干裝置、履帶式牽引機(jī)、火花試驗(yàn)機(jī)、測徑儀、收線張力同步器、φ3150地軌龍門行走式收排線架和相應(yīng)的電氣控制系統(tǒng)等組成(如圖1所示)。整條生 產(chǎn)線的長度為83m。

        3 生產(chǎn)線電氣控制系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)

        海底光纜護(hù)套生產(chǎn)線電氣控制系統(tǒng)是一個(gè)較大的控制系統(tǒng),整個(gè)系統(tǒng)主要控制對象為:地軌龍門的放線,sj30的加熱和護(hù)套擠出,sj90的加熱和外護(hù)套擠 出,牽引同步,地軌龍門的收排線,水槽溫度的控制,張力的控制,外徑的控制等。系統(tǒng)控制點(diǎn)數(shù)的分類情況與統(tǒng)計(jì)見表1。

        由于控制點(diǎn)數(shù)多,生產(chǎn)線較長,加之采用占地面積較小、承重能力較高的地軌龍門行走式主動收放線架,如果采用單plc控制系統(tǒng),不僅系統(tǒng)復(fù)雜,不適應(yīng)于生產(chǎn) 線的易安裝、易維護(hù)和低故障率的要求,而且可靠性不能保證。我們經(jīng)過綜合分析,決定采用了分布式的profibus-dp現(xiàn)場總線網(wǎng)。

        profibus是近年來上zui為流行的現(xiàn)場總線,也是目前數(shù)據(jù)傳輸率zui快的一種現(xiàn)場總線(傳輸率可達(dá)12m波特),它以其*的技術(shù)特點(diǎn)、嚴(yán)格的認(rèn)證規(guī)范、開放的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、眾多廠商的支持,已成為zui重要的現(xiàn)場總線標(biāo)準(zhǔn),在很多領(lǐng)域內(nèi)有廣泛地應(yīng)用。正是基于profibus現(xiàn)場總線技術(shù)上的成熟和開放性,以及在實(shí)際應(yīng)用后的經(jīng)濟(jì)效果,因此我們在海底光纜護(hù)套生產(chǎn)線控制系統(tǒng)中選用了mpi+dp的總線控制方式。

        如圖2所示,整個(gè)控制系統(tǒng)由1臺上位機(jī)、1臺profibus-dp主站和2臺profibus-dp從站及其他控制設(shè)備組成。我們之所以 在生產(chǎn)線中選擇使用西門子公司的s7系列plc,是因?yàn)樗哂懈咚?、多功能、系統(tǒng)化、網(wǎng)絡(luò)化、結(jié)構(gòu)簡單、安裝方便、系統(tǒng)組織靈活、可靠性高、維護(hù)方便等特 點(diǎn)。plc的每一個(gè)i/o出現(xiàn)故障時(shí),只需要調(diào)換有故障的模塊,而不需長時(shí)間的停產(chǎn)進(jìn)行設(shè)備維修,特別適合于我們當(dāng)前競爭日益激烈的光纜市場。網(wǎng)絡(luò)化和通訊強(qiáng)化通訊能力也是該plc的一個(gè)重要特點(diǎn)。

        3.1 profibus

        profibus-dp主站采用simatic s7-300的系列模塊,作為控制中心的cpu采用西門子公司新推出的cpu313c-2dp,它具有強(qiáng)大的數(shù)據(jù)處理能力,不僅集成了mpi通訊口,而且集成了profibus-dp現(xiàn)場總線接口,同時(shí)還可插入mmc存儲卡,可以有效的防止以前由于使用電池保存程序而造成的plc程序易丟失的問題;還集成 了16點(diǎn)的數(shù)字量輸入和16點(diǎn)的數(shù)字量輸出,具有較高的性價(jià)比。主站還配有兩塊sm334和一塊sm321,可進(jìn)行除放線和收線從站控制部件外的生產(chǎn)線其 它部分的直接控制。

        profibus-dp從站處于經(jīng)濟(jì)方面考慮采用simatic s7-200的系列模塊。cpu采用cpu224,emm277從站模塊經(jīng)過i/o總線連接到cpu224中,profibus網(wǎng)絡(luò)經(jīng)過emm277的 dp通訊口,從而將s7-224cpu連接到profibus--dp網(wǎng)絡(luò)中。作為dp從站,emm277可從主站接受和發(fā)送數(shù)據(jù),從而完成從站 cpu224與主站cpu313c-2dp的數(shù)據(jù)交換。通過profibus-dp網(wǎng)絡(luò)可使操作人員方便的、實(shí)時(shí)的掌握生產(chǎn)線運(yùn)行狀況。

        在設(shè)備安裝過程中,我們用profibus網(wǎng)絡(luò)總線連接器和profibus電纜將3個(gè)cpu連接起來,再利用編程工具step7對s7-300進(jìn)行硬件 組態(tài),建立一個(gè)profibus-dp網(wǎng)絡(luò)。為將emm277作為一個(gè)dp從站適用,用戶必須通過emm277模塊上的旋轉(zhuǎn)開關(guān)設(shè)定與主站組態(tài)中地址相匹配的dp端口地址。

        plc程序采用s7-300的配套編程工具step7完成硬件組態(tài)、參數(shù)設(shè)置、plc程序編制,編譯完成后下載到cpu313c-2dp中。用戶程序由組織塊(ob)、功能塊(fb、fc)和數(shù)據(jù)塊(db)構(gòu)成。其中,ob用于控制程序的運(yùn)行,fb、fc是用戶子程序,db是用戶定義的用于存儲取數(shù)據(jù)的存取區(qū),本系統(tǒng)中它是上位機(jī)監(jiān)控軟件與plc程序的數(shù)據(jù)接口。

        當(dāng)組態(tài)dp主站時(shí),需要定義cpu224變量v存儲器內(nèi)的字節(jié)位置,從這個(gè)位置開始作為輸出數(shù)據(jù)緩沖區(qū)。也要定義i/o配置,他是寫入到cpu224的輸 出數(shù)據(jù)總量和從cpu224返回的 輸入數(shù)據(jù)總量。在從站與主站正常進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)交換模式時(shí),主站將輸出數(shù)據(jù)寫入到emm277模塊。然后,emm277響應(yīng)的cpu224的輸入數(shù)據(jù),不斷 更新,以便向主站cpu313c-2dp提供的輸入數(shù)據(jù)。然后,emm277將輸出數(shù)據(jù)傳送給cpu224,從主站來的輸出數(shù)據(jù)放在輸出緩沖區(qū)。

        在編程s7-200程序時(shí),在編程時(shí)也要注意從主站來的數(shù)據(jù)必須經(jīng)過傳送指令,從輸出緩沖區(qū)轉(zhuǎn)移到其它數(shù)據(jù)區(qū),類似的,傳送到主站的數(shù)據(jù)也必須通過傳送指令從各種數(shù)據(jù)區(qū)傳送到輸入緩沖區(qū),進(jìn)而發(fā)送到主站中。

        這樣在程序運(yùn)行時(shí),主站cpu313c-2dp根據(jù)存儲卡存儲的程序和從站plc一樣,分別通過相應(yīng)的數(shù)字量和模擬量輸入、輸出模塊采集生產(chǎn)線各種運(yùn)行狀態(tài),控制硬件設(shè)備,并讀取總線上的所有i/o模塊的狀態(tài)字,實(shí)現(xiàn)在現(xiàn)場總線上的數(shù)據(jù)采集和控制信號的輸出,并實(shí)現(xiàn)一些簡單的諸如張力控制等控制算法?,F(xiàn)場的plc把分散的數(shù)據(jù)集中到dp主站,并通過mpi通訊送到上位機(jī),從而實(shí)現(xiàn)pc的直接控制生產(chǎn)線的運(yùn)行。

        3.2 上位工業(yè)計(jì)算機(jī)

        我們的工業(yè)計(jì)算機(jī)選用中國臺灣研華公司的ipc-610作為上位機(jī),因?yàn)樗鼈冊趪鴥?nèi)工業(yè)控制市場上占有較大的份額,可靠性也較高。通過mpi通訊卡 cp5611使工控機(jī)與dp主站進(jìn)行mpi通訊,從而實(shí)現(xiàn)工業(yè)pc機(jī)與dp總線的硬件連接。并可通過rs232c與生產(chǎn)線的外徑測量儀等智能儀表進(jìn)行串口 通訊,從而實(shí)現(xiàn)生產(chǎn)線其它控制數(shù)據(jù)的采集。

        我們在上位機(jī)采用的組態(tài)王是一個(gè)具有易用性、開放性和集成能力的通用組態(tài)軟件,使我們可根據(jù)實(shí)際生產(chǎn)需要任意組態(tài),快速生成應(yīng)用軟件,并可方便的的實(shí)現(xiàn)監(jiān)控軟件的實(shí)時(shí)數(shù)據(jù)更新、歷史曲線和實(shí)時(shí)曲線顯示、報(bào)警、數(shù)據(jù)存儲、查詢等功能,大大縮短了監(jiān)控軟件的開發(fā)周期,提高了軟件運(yùn)行的可靠性、維護(hù)性、延續(xù)性和 可擴(kuò)充性。

        對于本系統(tǒng)的profibus網(wǎng)絡(luò),我們定義了i/o變量后,組態(tài)軟件通過mpi驅(qū)動程序軟件接口獲取dp主站相應(yīng)的數(shù)據(jù),我們可直接使用變量名用于系統(tǒng) 控制、操作顯示、趨勢分析、數(shù)據(jù)記錄和報(bào)警顯示,這樣就可以實(shí)現(xiàn)工業(yè)流程畫面上動態(tài)地顯示現(xiàn)場各過程硬件的運(yùn)行狀態(tài),數(shù)據(jù)也可以按相應(yīng)的順序?qū)懟噩F(xiàn)場過程硬件,執(zhí)行控制操作,實(shí)現(xiàn)生產(chǎn)線的人工控制功能。

        在監(jiān)控軟件畫面中,點(diǎn)擊相應(yīng)設(shè)備按鈕就可對該設(shè)備進(jìn)行單獨(dú)控制;還可顯示生產(chǎn)線各部件的當(dāng)前運(yùn)行狀態(tài),如當(dāng)前電機(jī)速度以及一些故障信息等。對系統(tǒng)實(shí)時(shí)采集的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行判斷,發(fā)出報(bào)警信號,并按技術(shù)要求進(jìn)行處理并自動進(jìn)行相應(yīng)的設(shè)備控制,如對故障信號的解鎖及其恢復(fù)等,還可利用軟件的dde功能實(shí)現(xiàn)報(bào)表打印功能以及實(shí)時(shí)數(shù)據(jù)和歷史趨勢曲線顯示等功能。
