      SINAMICS G120C is a compact converter for control cabinet mounting in IP20 degree of protection where the Control Unit (CU) and Power Module (PM) function units are combined in one device.

      The compact mechanical design and the high power density allow these devices to be installed in machine control enclosures and control cabinets for maximum space utilization. The SINAMICS G120C compact converter can be butt-mounted directly, without derating at temperatures up to 40 °C (104 °F).

      SINAMICS G120C can be integrated into the widest range of applications, either using the integrated digital and analog inputs or via the integrated fieldbus interface (available in USS, Modbus RTU, PROFIBUS, PROFINET / EtherNet/IP versions). Especially the product versions with integrated PROFIBUS/PROFINET interface make full integration into the Siemens TIA family possible, therefore allowing the advantages of the seamless TIA product family to be fully utilized. SINAMICS G120C devices are preset in the factory so that they can be immediay connected to PROFIBUS and/or PROFINET fieldbus systems without parameterization.

      SINAMICS G120C is also equipped with the safety function STO (Safe Torque Off) as standard, which is used to safely stop drives. As a consequence, machine manufacturers can simply comply with current machinery directives with minimum associated costs.

      SINAMICS G120C can control asynchronous (induction) motors in the power range from 0.37 kW up to 132 kW (0.5 hp to 200 hp). Reliable and efficient motor operation is achieved by using state-of-the-art IGBT technology combined with vector control. The extensive range of functions integrated in the SINAMICS G120C also offers a high degree of protection for the converter and motor.

      Line-side components

      Line reactors

      Line reactors smooth the current drawn by the converter and thus reduce harmonic components in the line current. Through the reduction of the current harmonics, the thermal load on the power components in the rectifier and in the DC-link capacitors is reduced as well as the harmonic effects on the supply. The use of a line reactor increases the service life of the converter.

      Recommended line-side power components

      Standard fuses can be used for the SINAMICS G120C. These must be dimensioned to comply with local regulations. In this chapter, you will find recommended components such as fuses and circuit breakers in compliance with IEC and UL regulations.

      DC link components

      Braking resistors

      PLC在絞吸式挖泥船監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)改造中應(yīng)用

       

        1 引言

        大型挖泥船的重要組成部分挖泥船監(jiān)控系統(tǒng),其具有作業(yè)流程復(fù)雜、控制設(shè)備多等特點。工作環(huán)境惡劣,潮氣、粉塵、高溫、鹽霧、振動等干擾相對嚴重。

        可編程控制器(plc)相對于傳統(tǒng)的繼電器控制方式,能夠適應(yīng)惡劣的工業(yè)環(huán)境,可靠性較高;硬件系統(tǒng)可采用模塊化結(jié)構(gòu),易于擴展,具有網(wǎng)絡(luò)通訊功能;控制功能大部分由軟件實現(xiàn),程序編制容易、修改方便。

        2 系統(tǒng)簡介

        2.1 原系統(tǒng)構(gòu)成

        海貍4602號是一艘全液壓驅(qū)動、非自航的大型挖泥工程船舶。船上布置有液壓工作機械20臺,其中絞刀系統(tǒng)有液壓馬達6臺;絞刀架起落系統(tǒng)有液壓油馬達2 臺,緊定油缸1只;橫移系統(tǒng)有液壓油馬達4臺拋錨系統(tǒng)有液壓油馬達2只;定位樁油缸2只;甲板吊系統(tǒng)有液壓油馬達2臺;絞盤液壓油馬達1只。由一臺卡特柴 油機驅(qū)動的6臺vickers雙聯(lián)葉片泵構(gòu)成該船的液壓動力泵站,另有一臺小型的應(yīng)急柴油機驅(qū)動1臺應(yīng)急油泵構(gòu)成應(yīng)急泵站。所有液壓工作機械均采用電磁閥 控制,由傳統(tǒng)的繼電器控制系統(tǒng)進行控制。

        此外,海貍4602號的動力部分由5臺大型柴油機組成,其中1臺1140馬力的輔機除了驅(qū)動全船的液壓泵站外,還驅(qū)動1臺40kw的發(fā)電機進行對全船的供 電。另外4臺柴油機(4*863馬力)分為2組,由2臺相同的柴油機構(gòu)成串聯(lián)機組驅(qū)動泥漿泵。機組和泥漿泵中間經(jīng)過一泥泵齒輪箱減速驅(qū)動。為保證柴油機和泥泵齒輪箱的安全運行。該船分別在機艙和操縱室內(nèi)配置有柴油機冷卻水位、冷卻水溫、柴油機潤滑油壓力、潤滑油溫度、齒輪箱潤滑油壓力、冷卻水溫度的報警系 統(tǒng)以及緊急停車系統(tǒng)。這2套系統(tǒng)也由傳統(tǒng)的繼電器控制系統(tǒng)進行控制。

        該船的控制系統(tǒng)經(jīng)過20多年的使用,部分元器件已經(jīng)老化,工作的穩(wěn)定性差。引入plc對挖泥船的監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)進行改造有必要提上議事日程。

        2.2 控制系統(tǒng)構(gòu)成

        結(jié)合海貍4602好挖泥船原有的設(shè)備狀況,構(gòu)建plc監(jiān)控網(wǎng)絡(luò)對原控制系統(tǒng)進行改造,利用上位機監(jiān)視全船設(shè)備的運行狀態(tài),并根據(jù)實際的工況條件,在挖泥過 程中采用模糊控制算法,對絞刀速度、絞刀下放深度、橫移速度、進樁距離等重要參數(shù)進行*控制,實現(xiàn)該船的自動挖泥。

        改造后的挖泥船控制系統(tǒng)具有 自動和手動2種控制方式,并實現(xiàn)通過上位機對全船設(shè)備的運行進行實時監(jiān)測顯示、故障報警和緊急停車的功能。

        圖1中controller link為現(xiàn)場控制網(wǎng)絡(luò),其通訊波特率可達2mbps,通訊距離可達1km,是目前pc與plc、plc與plc之間通訊速率zui快的通訊系統(tǒng), clk單元通過端子板、clk支持卡通過插件與雙絞線連接,接線非常方便。clk單元上內(nèi)置了終端電阻,通過簡單的開關(guān)設(shè)置就可以配備網(wǎng)絡(luò)兩端點所需的終端電阻。在數(shù)據(jù)鏈接上,controller link控制網(wǎng)絡(luò)除使用lr區(qū)外,還可以使用ir、cio、dm和擴展dm區(qū)進行鏈接,每臺plc發(fā)送的字數(shù)可達1k,發(fā)送和接收的總字數(shù)可達8k,具有 大容量數(shù)據(jù)鏈接的功能。但由于其通訊模塊價格較高,以此構(gòu)成的系統(tǒng)成本高。考慮本文的篇幅,暫時不介紹基于controller link總線網(wǎng)絡(luò)的遠程實時組態(tài)監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)。

        整個監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)由2臺plc組成現(xiàn)場控制網(wǎng)絡(luò),#1plc負責對液壓工作機械控制,它由基本控制單元和6塊開關(guān)量i/o模塊和1塊a/d模塊組成,完成自動挖泥過程以及對液壓系統(tǒng)工作負荷的測量。#2plc則由5塊開關(guān)量i/o模塊和2塊a/d模塊組成。主要用于動力部分和各類輔助機械運行參數(shù)的分析處理以及全船的故障報警。

        2.3 控制系統(tǒng)工作原理

        (1) 基本邏輯控制過程。

        plc邏輯控制流程見圖2所示。plc是按照重復(fù)掃描的方式執(zhí)行它的操作,它使plc中的用戶程序逐行被解讀,并按照操作信號發(fā)出的控制命令,實現(xiàn)對液壓系統(tǒng)工作過程的控制。

        (2) 系統(tǒng)硬件設(shè)計

        a) 2臺plc均采用omron c200型plc。

        cpu單元、輸入、輸出單元均使用24vdc電源。繼電器輸出單元c200h-oc225的zui大通斷能力:2a,24v.在實船控制系統(tǒng)中,出于安全可靠 方面的考慮,不用plc的i/o模塊直接驅(qū)動負載,而是在plc的輸出端設(shè)置插件式的半導(dǎo)體負荷驅(qū)動板。該驅(qū)動板具有無觸點開關(guān)的優(yōu)點,而且本身設(shè)置有短路保護環(huán)節(jié),帶有指示燈熔斷器,便于及時維護。

        b) 操作臺和控制柜的布置仍然尊重舊有的工作習慣,基本按照原有的位置進行布置。#1plc放在駕駛室操作臺內(nèi),#2plc放在機艙的報警箱內(nèi),以減少輸入信 號到plc輸入單元的線纜長度。駕駛室操作臺實現(xiàn)挖泥操作的所有動作,包括自動挖泥和對絞刀、橫移、橋架、拋錨、定位樁的單獨控制。同時具有對機艙和艙面設(shè)備的遠程控制功能.機艙控制柜主要負責艙內(nèi)設(shè)備的安全報警,包括5臺柴油機、液壓系統(tǒng)以及輔助設(shè)備的運行參數(shù)的監(jiān)控。

        c) 系統(tǒng)監(jiān)測與狀態(tài)顯示部分除了沿用過去直觀的指針式真空、壓力表之外。還在液壓系統(tǒng)中設(shè)置18個壓力傳感器,既可以通過數(shù)字式儀表對液壓系統(tǒng)和柴油機潤滑系 統(tǒng)的工作壓力進行測量監(jiān)視。也可以采集絞刀、橫移、橋架、拋錨、定位樁等裝置的工作負荷,將模擬量送plc的a/d模塊進行轉(zhuǎn)換,經(jīng)過數(shù)值計算和信號處理 之后,一部分作為開關(guān)量信號輸出用作液壓裝置的保護。另外一部分可以上傳*位機,顯示挖泥工作狀態(tài)。

        d) plc設(shè)備的供電。plc允許供電電源電壓的變化幅度為-15%~+10%v,瞬時電源故障時間應(yīng)不大于10ms。在實際工作中對plc采取兩路供電,提高供電的可靠性。一路由交流220v經(jīng)穩(wěn)壓電源送plc電源模塊,另外一路作為應(yīng)急供電措施,用24v蓄電池組作電源,保證應(yīng)急狀態(tài)下控制系統(tǒng)能夠操作。

        (3) 系統(tǒng)軟件設(shè)計

        a) 自動挖泥程序設(shè)計

        絞吸式挖泥船的的挖泥過程是指絞刀的垂向及水平給量與橫移速度所形成的合適的切削過程。為此需要控制絞刀在三維空間的準確位置和絞刀的轉(zhuǎn)速。從而要求具有能使垂向、水平給量相當穩(wěn)定,絞刀切削泥土正常并相應(yīng)前移的四種自動控制功能。即橋架絞車控制,絞刀轉(zhuǎn)速控制、橫移絞車控制、定位樁前移控制。

        考慮到海貍4602號挖泥船現(xiàn)有設(shè)備的局限性,比如定位樁部分不是采用的定位樁臺車裝置。因此在程序設(shè)計過程中,在盡可能提高挖泥作業(yè)自動化水平,簡化操作的同時,也充分考慮到系統(tǒng)所應(yīng)具備的靈活性,以適應(yīng)復(fù)雜多變的施工環(huán)境。特別是在遭遇風浪、潮汐、塌方、水下障礙物等意外情況時,仍然離不開人工操作。 另外,為了盡量避免誤操作給設(shè)備運行帶來的損壞,在程序設(shè)計中加了更多安全聯(lián)鎖保護環(huán)節(jié)。比如定位樁的下落操作中,為防止定位樁在下落過程中突然提樁,導(dǎo)致定位樁巨大的慣量沖擊破壞液壓缸裝置,在程序中通過設(shè)置延時程序取代以往的在定位樁系統(tǒng)的液控單向閥中加裝節(jié)流螺釘?shù)淖龇āT俦热鐚M移的啟動和停止, 也通過程序設(shè)置為加減速模式,防止人工操作過程中高速啟動和停止對液壓系統(tǒng)和纜繩的沖擊以及對船體穩(wěn)定性的影響。此外所有液壓系統(tǒng)的過載保護也在程序中進行互鎖,使液壓系統(tǒng)在電氣和機械上具有雙重保護。

        整個系統(tǒng)可以在手動工作和自動控制工作方式下操作。上述工作方式的轉(zhuǎn)換由“自動/手動”轉(zhuǎn)換開關(guān)來實現(xiàn)。手動方式下,可以對絞刀、橫移、橋架、定位樁、拋 錨等系統(tǒng)進行單獨操作,即在特殊情況下,可以*由人工進行挖泥操作。

        自動方式下,將挖泥操作分為三大塊。分別為絞刀自動、橫移自動、進樁自動。絞刀自動部分負責將絞刀頭調(diào)到預(yù)定挖泥模式的起始點,實現(xiàn)對絞刀垂直給量的位置控制和絞刀切削厚度控制。橫移自動部分主要是根據(jù)挖泥過程中的狀態(tài)參數(shù)的反饋量,對橫移速度進行控制,保證各種驅(qū)動裝置不超過負荷,泥漿正常穩(wěn)定地輸送。 進樁自動部分則是根據(jù)開挖泥層的土質(zhì)狀況,控制絞刀合適的水平進給量。自動挖泥的程序流程見圖3。

        b) 報警監(jiān)測程序設(shè)計

        在挖泥作業(yè)過程中,保證設(shè)備的安全及正常運轉(zhuǎn)是整個工程成敗的基礎(chǔ)。#2plc完成對機艙設(shè)備、液壓系統(tǒng)、泥泵系統(tǒng)運行參數(shù)的采集。實現(xiàn)柴油機潤滑油的油壓、油溫、冷卻水水位、水溫的極限報警和柴油機飛車狀態(tài)下的停車保護和緊急停車保護。實現(xiàn)齒輪箱潤滑油油壓、油溫的極限報警和緊急脫泵保護。實現(xiàn)液壓系統(tǒng)液壓油位過低和油溫過高報警。實現(xiàn)泥泵堵死、吸泥口堵死報警和管道內(nèi)泥漿濃度過高,流速低于臨界流速的堵管報警和泥漿濃度過低的低效率報警。
