SINAMICS G120C is a compact converter for control cabinet mounting in IP20 degree of protection where the Control Unit (CU) and Power Module (PM) function units are combined in one device.
The compact mechanical design and the high power density allow these devices to be installed in machine control enclosures and control cabinets for maximum space utilization. The SINAMICS G120C compact converter can be butt-mounted directly, without derating at temperatures up to 40 °C (104 °F).
SINAMICS G120C, frame size FSAA with BOP-2
SINAMICS G120C can be integrated into the widest range of applications, either using the integrated digital and analog inputs or via the integrated fieldbus interface (available in USS, Modbus RTU, PROFIBUS, PROFINET / EtherNet/IP versions). Especially the product versions with integrated PROFIBUS/PROFINET interface make full integration into the Siemens TIA family possible, therefore allowing the advantages of the seamless TIA product family to be fully utilized. SINAMICS G120C devices are preset in the factory so that they can be immediay connected to PROFIBUS and/or PROFINET fieldbus systems without parameterization.
SINAMICS G120C is also equipped with the safety function STO (Safe Torque Off) as standard, which is used to safely stop drives. As a consequence, machine manufacturers can simply comply with current machinery directives with minimum associated costs.
SINAMICS G120C can control asynchronous (induction) motors in the power range from 0.37 kW up to 132 kW (0.5 hp to 200 hp). Reliable and efficient motor operation is achieved by using state-of-the-art IGBT technology combined with vector control. The extensive range of functions integrated in the SINAMICS G120C also offers a high degree of protection for the converter and motor.
Line-side components
Line reactors
Line reactors smooth the current drawn by the converter and thus reduce harmonic components in the line current. Through the reduction of the current harmonics, the thermal load on the power components in the rectifier and in the DC-link capacitors is reduced as well as the harmonic effects on the supply. The use of a line reactor increases the service life of the converter.
Recommended line-side power components
Standard fuses can be used for the SINAMICS G120C. These must be dimensioned to comply with local regulations. In this chapter, you will find recommended components such as fuses and circuit breakers in compliance with IEC and UL regulations.
DC link components
Braking resistors
Excess energy in the DC link is dissipated in the braking resistor. The braking resistors are designed for use with the SINAMICS G120C. This has an integrated braking chopper (electronic switch).

可編程控制器中遠(yuǎn)程訪問的應(yīng)用
1 引言
在以可編程序控制器(plc)為控制系統(tǒng)的生產(chǎn)設(shè)備中,往往建立了服務(wù)器-客戶機(jī)的網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu),兩者之間的數(shù)據(jù)遠(yuǎn)程訪問廣泛的進(jìn)行。現(xiàn)以ge fanuc公司90系列的編程軟件cimplicity為例,對它的遠(yuǎn)程訪問功能加以介紹。
2 遠(yuǎn)程訪問
ge fanuc 公司的cimplicity hmi軟件是基于microsoft windows nt和windows 95的產(chǎn)品,使用windows nt或windows 95的遠(yuǎn)程訪問特性就可以讓一個在客戶機(jī)上運(yùn)行cimplicity hmi軟件的用戶通過調(diào)制解調(diào)器訪問服務(wù)器上的cimplicity hmi工程數(shù)據(jù)。下面介紹其具體的步驟。
3 遠(yuǎn)程訪問的設(shè)置步驟
3.1 服務(wù)器的設(shè)置(windows nt)
對于一個運(yùn)行windows nt和cimplicity hmi服務(wù)器軟件的服務(wù)器,需要安裝遠(yuǎn)程訪問服務(wù),然后配置遠(yuǎn)程訪問服務(wù)器,使之自動啟動,然后用戶從客戶機(jī)撥號登錄。
(1) 安裝遠(yuǎn)程訪問服務(wù)
先打開control panel,雙擊network圖標(biāo),在network對話框中選擇services屬性頁,點(diǎn)按add。在select network service對話框中從服務(wù)列表中選擇remote access service,然后點(diǎn)按ok。計(jì)算機(jī)就會開始安裝了。軟件安裝完成之后,remote access setup對話框自動打開,如圖1所示:

選擇configure,configure port usage對話框打開如下。
對于服務(wù)器,port usage的zui小選擇是receive calls only。為調(diào)制解調(diào)器選擇了端口用法后即可點(diǎn)擊ok返回。
再選擇network。network configuration對話框打開。
確保選擇server settings中的netbeui和tcp/ip。然后點(diǎn)擊netbeui的configure:
在ras server netbeui configuration對話框中選擇需要的客戶訪問類型,然后返回。再為配置tcp/ip,在ras server tcp/ip configuration對話框中,在allow remote tcp/ip clients to access下,選擇希望的方式。選擇use static address pool,在begin和end域中輸入從網(wǎng)絡(luò)管理員那里申請的兩個連續(xù)ip地址。begin地址被分配給服務(wù)器的調(diào)制解調(diào)器,end地址則分配給客戶 機(jī)。選擇allow remote clients to request a predetermined ip address。然后點(diǎn)擊ok返回。進(jìn)行了這些配置之后需要重新啟動計(jì)算機(jī)。之后還需要配置自動啟動和允許用戶從客戶機(jī)撥號登錄功能。
(2) 配置自動啟動
遠(yuǎn)程訪問服務(wù)的startup type在安裝時被設(shè)為manual。需要將其改為automatic。那么首先打開control panel,雙擊services圖標(biāo),在services對話框中雙擊remote access server,在它的對話框中選擇startup type為automatic,點(diǎn)擊ok返回即可。
(3) 給予客戶撥入許可
從start菜單選擇administrative tools,從中打開remote access admin程序,在該窗口中的users菜單上選擇permissions。遠(yuǎn)程訪問許可對話框就打開了。在對話框中確保所以需要作為客戶撥入的用戶都得到了撥入許可,就可返回。
3.2 客戶機(jī)的設(shè)置(windows nt)
對于運(yùn)行windows nt的客戶(cimplicity hmi瀏覽站),需要安裝遠(yuǎn)程訪問服務(wù)之后再配置撥號網(wǎng)絡(luò)。
(1) 安裝遠(yuǎn)程訪問服務(wù)
同樣先打開control panel,雙擊network圖標(biāo),在network對話框中選擇services屬性頁。點(diǎn)擊add,在select network service對話框中,從服務(wù)器列表選擇remote access service然后點(diǎn)擊ok,計(jì)算機(jī)就開始安裝了。
安裝完畢之后,remote access setup對話框會自動打開,選擇configure,configure port usage對話框打開,在其中選擇希望的調(diào)制解調(diào)器的端口用法,一般對于客戶機(jī)而言,port usage的zui小選項(xiàng)是dial out only。設(shè)置好后返回。再選擇network對其進(jìn)行配置,在這里需要確保dial out protocols選擇為netbeui和tcp/ip,然后依次返回。
(2) 安裝完遠(yuǎn)程訪問服務(wù)器后,還需要進(jìn)一步配置撥號網(wǎng)絡(luò)選項(xiàng)。先打開my computer,雙擊dial-up networking圖標(biāo),為希望連接的遠(yuǎn)程訪問服務(wù)器添加一個項(xiàng),即可。
3.3 客戶機(jī)的建立(windows 95)
對于運(yùn)行windows 95的客戶機(jī)(cimplicity hmi瀏覽站),首先要保證安裝了netbeui和tcp/ip協(xié)議。步驟:打開control panel,雙擊network圖標(biāo),選擇protocols卡片,確保安裝了這兩個協(xié)議。然后配置撥號網(wǎng)絡(luò),步驟:打開control panel,雙擊add/remove programs圖標(biāo),在add/remove programs properties對話框中選擇windows setup卡片,選擇communications,選擇details,在communications對話框中,選擇dial-up networking,然后點(diǎn)擊ok。在add/remove programs properties對話框中點(diǎn)擊ok。計(jì)算機(jī)就開始安裝撥號網(wǎng)絡(luò)選項(xiàng)了。安裝完畢后,再配置它的屬性。先打開my computer,雙擊dial-up networking圖標(biāo),為希望連接的遠(yuǎn)程訪問服務(wù)器添加一個項(xiàng)。zui后配置網(wǎng)絡(luò)屬性,先打開control panel,雙擊network圖標(biāo),在打開的network對話框中選擇configuration卡片。選擇tcp/ip->dial-up adapter并顯示其屬性,然后做下列工作:
(1) 禁止dns configuration
(2) 讓gateway保持空白
(3) 對于wins configuration,選擇dhcp for wins resolution
(4) 選擇obtain and ip address automatically
(5) 對于bindings,選擇client for microsoft networks
(6) 對于advanced,選擇none
再選擇identification卡片,為計(jì)算機(jī)輸入一個名字,點(diǎn)擊ok關(guān)閉network對話框,保存所在的修改。
至此遠(yuǎn)程訪問的客戶就建立起來了。
3.4 配置hosts文件
由于ras連接不支持cimplicity hmi工程的廣播方式,因此每臺計(jì)算機(jī)(包括服務(wù)器和瀏覽站)的ip地址和結(jié)點(diǎn)名都必須配置到其它計(jì)算機(jī)的hosts文件中去。例如:在windows nt環(huán)境下,可以在c:winnt35system32 driversetc下找到hosts.sam文件,在windows95環(huán)境下,可以在c:windows下找到hosts.sam文件,只需要將 hosts文件放在和hosts.sam同樣的目錄下即可。
4 舉例說明
本文采用以下配置作為示例:
服務(wù)器:名稱為server61,并配有microsoft windows v4.0,cimplicity hmi服務(wù)器軟件,調(diào)制解調(diào)器,以太網(wǎng)ip地址為202.114.1.98,兩個連續(xù)的ip地址-202.114.1.90和202.114.1.91-用于配置遠(yuǎn)程訪問服務(wù)。
客戶機(jī):命名為client62,并配有microsoft windows95,cimplicity hmi瀏覽站軟件,調(diào)制解調(diào)器。配置圖示如圖2所示:

4.1 測試連接
當(dāng)從客戶端撥入服務(wù)器并建立連接后,可以進(jìn)行如下的測試。
(1) 客戶端測試
從客戶機(jī)上要計(jì)算機(jī)名測試服務(wù)器,如下:

4.2 從客戶機(jī)訪問cimplicity hmi工程
(1) 瀏覽一個點(diǎn)
在cimedit中打開select a point瀏覽器時,project域是空的,要想瀏覽服務(wù)器上的點(diǎn)需要在project域中輸入服務(wù)器的計(jì)算機(jī)名,如server61。
(2) 打開一個cimview屏幕
想在客戶機(jī)上打開一個cimview屏幕而其中使用了非嚴(yán)格格式化的數(shù)據(jù)點(diǎn),可以使用/project命令行的選項(xiàng)指明服務(wù)器上運(yùn)行的是希望訪問的工程。 格式如下:
