PLC定時(shí)器的延時(shí)擴(kuò)展
定時(shí)器的記時(shí)時(shí)間都有一個(gè)zui大值,如 100ms 的定時(shí)器zui大記時(shí)時(shí)間為 32767.7s 。如工程中所需的延時(shí)時(shí)間大于這個(gè)數(shù)值怎么辦,一個(gè)zui簡單的方法是采用定時(shí)器接力方式,即先啟動一個(gè)定時(shí)器記時(shí),記時(shí)時(shí)間到時(shí),用*只定時(shí)器的常開觸點(diǎn)啟動第二只定時(shí)器,再使用第二只定時(shí)器啟動第三只,如此等等。記住使用zui后一個(gè)定時(shí)器的觸點(diǎn)去控制zui終的控制對象就可以了。圖 4-5 中的梯形圖既是一個(gè)這樣的例子。

上述利用多定時(shí)器的記時(shí)時(shí)間相加獲得長延時(shí)。此外還可以利用記時(shí)器配合記數(shù)器獲得長延時(shí),如圖 6 所示。圖中常開觸點(diǎn) X1 是這個(gè)電路的工作條件,當(dāng) X1 保持接通時(shí)電路工作。
在定時(shí)器 T1 的線圈回路中接有定時(shí)器 T1 的常閉觸點(diǎn),它使得定時(shí)器 T1 每隔 10s 接通一次,接通時(shí)間為一個(gè)掃描周期。定時(shí)器 T1 的每一次接通都使記數(shù)器 C1 記一個(gè)數(shù)。而當(dāng)記到記數(shù)器的設(shè)定值并使其工作對象 Y0 接通,從 X1 接通為始點(diǎn)的延時(shí)時(shí)間為定時(shí)器的設(shè)定值乘上記數(shù)器的設(shè)定值。 X2 為記數(shù)器 C1 的復(fù)位條件。
