新型環(huán)保造紙機(jī)，采用導(dǎo)熱油作為導(dǎo)熱介質(zhì)，全新設(shè)計(jì)烘缸內(nèi)的結(jié)構(gòu)，使烘缸熱量的散發(fā)和均勻度，*模擬蒸汽加熱的效果。適用衛(wèi)生紙，書寫紙，包裝紙等各類紙張的生產(chǎn)。已在陜西科技大學(xué)，成都特種紙?jiān)旒垙S，湖南迷信紙?jiān)旒垙S應(yīng)用。

特點(diǎn)：  1、不使用鍋爐。

2、燃料使用種類廣泛，可使用煤炭，天然                 氣，電力，燃油廢木材等

3、模擬蒸汽加熱效果，避免直接加熱引起的紙張變形。

4、操作簡(jiǎn)單，使用電加熱和天然氣加熱時(shí)，可實(shí)現(xiàn)自動(dòng)化工作。無(wú)需人員干預(yù)。

導(dǎo)熱油 Thermal conductive oil。

導(dǎo)熱油具有抗熱裂化和化學(xué)氧化的性能，傳熱效率好，散熱快，熱穩(wěn)定性很好。導(dǎo)熱油作為工業(yè)油傳熱介質(zhì)具有以下特點(diǎn)：在幾乎常壓的條件下，可以獲得很高的操作溫度。即可以大大降低高溫加熱系統(tǒng)的操作壓力和安全要求，提高了系統(tǒng)和設(shè)備的可靠性；可以在更寬的溫度范圍內(nèi)滿足不同溫度加熱、冷卻的工藝需求，或在同一個(gè)系統(tǒng)中用同一種導(dǎo)熱油同時(shí)實(shí)現(xiàn)高溫加熱和低溫冷卻的工藝要求。即可以降低系統(tǒng)和操作的復(fù)雜性；省略了水處理系統(tǒng)和設(shè)備，提高了系統(tǒng)熱效率，減少了設(shè)備和管線的維護(hù)工作量。即可以減少加熱系統(tǒng)的初投資和操作費(fèi)用；在事故原因引起系統(tǒng)泄漏的情況下，導(dǎo)熱油與明火相遇時(shí)有可能發(fā)生燃燒，這是導(dǎo)熱油系統(tǒng)與水蒸汽系統(tǒng)相比所存在的問(wèn)題。但在不發(fā)生泄漏的條件下，由于導(dǎo)熱油系統(tǒng)在低壓條件下工作，故其操作安全性要高于水和蒸汽系統(tǒng)。導(dǎo)熱油與另一類高溫傳熱介質(zhì)熔鹽相比，在操作溫度為400℃以上時(shí)，熔鹽較導(dǎo)熱油在傳熱介質(zhì)的價(jià)格及使用壽命方面具有的優(yōu)勢(shì)，但在其它方面均處于明顯劣勢(shì)，尤其是在系統(tǒng)操作的便捷性方面，化學(xué)性質(zhì)較穩(wěn)定，不像輕質(zhì)油那么容易著火燃燒

Heat transfer oil has the properties of anti cracking and chemical oxidation, good heat transfer efficiency, fast heat dissipation and good thermal stability. As the heat transfer medium of industrial oil, heat transfer oil has the following characteristics: under the condition of almost normal pressure, high operating temperature can be obtained. That is to say, it can greatly reduce the operating pressure and safety requirements of the high-temperature heating system and improve the reliability of the system and equipment; it can meet the process requirements of heating and cooling at different temperatures in a wider temperature range, or it can realize the process requirements of high-temperature heating and low-temperature cooling with the same heat transfer oil in the same system at the same time. It can reduce the complexity of the system and operation, omit the water treatment system and equipment, improve the thermal efficiency of the system, and reduce the maintenance workload of the equipment and pipeline. That is to say, it can reduce the initial investment and operation cost of the heating system; in the case of system leakage caused by accident, when the heat-transfer oil meets the open fire, it is likely to burn, which is the problem existing in the heat-transfer oil system compared with the water steam system. However, under the condition of no leakage, the operation safety of heat transfer oil system is higher than that of water and steam system because it works under low pressure. Compared with the molten salt of another kind of high-temperature heat transfer medium, when the operating temperature is above 400 ℃, the molten salt has absolute advantages over the heat transfer medium in terms of the price and service life of the heat transfer medium, but it is obviously inferior in other aspects, especially in terms of the convenience of system operation, the chemical property of the heat transfer oil is relatively stable, and it is not easy to ignite and burn like light oil
