第一部分：設(shè)備基本技術(shù)參數(shù)

Part one: The basic technical parameter

卷機(jī)用于將造紙機(jī)上初步卷成的紙卷進(jìn)行縱卷，復(fù)卷成寬度緊度符合要求的成品紙卷。

本機(jī)分有軸和無(wú)軸兩種，是造紙完成設(shè)備之一，可將卷紙機(jī)上初卷成的原紙卷按需要的寬度進(jìn)行縱切并卷成卷纏緊實(shí)的卷筒以滿足印刷用紙張?jiān)偌庸さ男枰?/span>

該機(jī)可分三點(diǎn)式傳動(dòng)和單點(diǎn)式傳動(dòng)。

三點(diǎn)傳動(dòng)，在前底輥和后底輥各由一臺(tái)直流電機(jī)拖動(dòng)，可以正向低速引紙，兩底輥轉(zhuǎn)速差隨復(fù)卷直徑自動(dòng)變化，起動(dòng)開(kāi)車(chē)速度可以預(yù)先設(shè)定，停車(chē)時(shí)有電氣，抱閘兩級(jí)制動(dòng)，退紙裝置由一臺(tái)直流電機(jī)拖動(dòng)，可正、反低速引紙，能建立靜止?jié)q力，復(fù)卷時(shí)自動(dòng)提供恒漲力，停車(chē)時(shí)有電氣，抱閘兩級(jí)制動(dòng)，經(jīng)三點(diǎn)式復(fù)卷的紙張更進(jìn)一步提高了紙的緊度和質(zhì)量要求，深受廣大用戶歡迎。
