說明:

施工方法:FTTX工程中大規(guī)模使用皮線光纜,主要采用了兩種接續(xù)方式:一種是以冷接子為主的光纜冷接技術(shù)(物理接續(xù)),一種是以熔接機(jī)為工具的熱熔技術(shù)。
冷接技術(shù):光纖冷接子是兩根尾纖對(duì)接時(shí)使用的,它內(nèi)部的主要部件就是一個(gè)精密的v型槽,在兩根尾纖撥纖之后利用冷接子來實(shí)現(xiàn)兩根尾纖的對(duì)接。操作起來更簡(jiǎn)單快速,比用熔接機(jī)熔接省時(shí)間。從表面上看,冷接操作簡(jiǎn)單快速,比熔接機(jī)熱熔節(jié)省時(shí)間,但是的冷接技術(shù)還主要應(yīng)用在光纜通信中斷后應(yīng)急應(yīng)用。
冷接技術(shù)存在明顯缺陷:
(1)冷接損耗大。由于采用物理接續(xù),兩根光纖*靠V型槽和匹配液來實(shí)現(xiàn)接續(xù),這樣的損耗明顯要大于熱熔連接點(diǎn)。在FTTX工程中,雖然對(duì)于線路的損耗要求沒有干線要求嚴(yán)格,但是大損耗點(diǎn)就是潛在的故障點(diǎn)。
(2)使用壽命短,維護(hù)成本高。冷接技術(shù)中,匹配液的作用很重要。引用運(yùn)營(yíng)商客戶統(tǒng)計(jì)的數(shù)據(jù),進(jìn)口的匹配液,一般的壽命會(huì)在3年左右,而國(guó)產(chǎn)的匹配液,壽命只有1.5~2年。這樣,增加的維護(hù)的成本。而且一個(gè)冷接子的成本一般會(huì)在30到50元左右(可拆卸重復(fù)利用,但是拆卸后再用的精準(zhǔn)度大大降低,所以冷接子標(biāo)稱是可重復(fù),實(shí)際是在施工過程中都是只用一次的),實(shí)際使用維護(hù)成本高。
熱熔技術(shù)熱熔技術(shù)的優(yōu)點(diǎn):
(1)、熔接損耗小。兩根光纖采用熱熔技術(shù),按照干線標(biāo)準(zhǔn)來進(jìn)行的熔接,大大降低了熔接損耗。
(2)、使用壽命長(zhǎng),維護(hù)成本低。由于熱熔標(biāo)準(zhǔn)按照干線施工進(jìn)行要求,一般熔接點(diǎn)的壽命都會(huì)和普通光纜的壽命相差不多,不存在單個(gè)點(diǎn)的壽命問題。[1]
入戶方式:
