三：結(jié)構(gòu)特點 features:
泵進(jìn)出口腔采用特殊設(shè)計，保證停泵時泵內(nèi)能存有足夠的介質(zhì)，即使在吸放管道內(nèi)的液體全部排空的狀況下，泵依舊具有很好的自吸能力。
The pump casing has enough medium without working, because the inlet and outlet
casing of the pump adopt special design. But the pump possesses good
self-suction performance, the liquid of the inlet pipe is all discharged hollow.
泵體上采用特殊結(jié)構(gòu)的循環(huán)閥，當(dāng)出口壓力高于工作壓力時，循環(huán)閥打開，一部分介質(zhì)經(jīng)循環(huán)閥返回泵入口或儲罐，同時還可以在全壓狀態(tài)下啟動雙螺桿泵時，大大減低啟動扭矩。

六．選泵注意事項 Notes of selecting pump
1.首先要準(zhǔn)確了解泵的實際工作溫度，介質(zhì)有無潤滑性等，從而選用合適的結(jié)構(gòu)形式。
2．根據(jù)泵送介質(zhì)在工作溫度下的粘度V，初步選定泵的轉(zhuǎn)數(shù)n,一般V V≤1000mm2/s時，n=1450 r/min
為黃山鐵人三螺桿泵，當(dāng)1000＜V≤1500mm2/s時，請慎重考慮泵的必需汽蝕余量，當(dāng)V＞1500mm2/s時，請與廠家。
3． 從雙螺桿泵性能表上，初步選定您所需的流量，壓力所對應(yīng)泵規(guī)格。
4．從雙螺桿泵汽蝕余量表上，根據(jù)泵的規(guī)格，轉(zhuǎn)速，粘度查出泵的必需汽蝕余量NPSHr值。
5．如果泵的必需汽蝕余量NPSHr值小于管道的裝置汽蝕余量NPSHa值，那么此泵選型正確，如果NPSHr≥NPSHa,則要重新選搭一檔的泵或降低泵的轉(zhuǎn)速，并重新校核NPSHr值。
6．選定泵的規(guī)格后，在對應(yīng)的粘度下，從表中查出此規(guī)格在工作壓力△P下的流量與軸功率N1，選配電機(jī)功率N2，N2≥KxN1.

7.用戶選定泵及電機(jī)后，根據(jù)泵與電機(jī)的機(jī)組配套尺寸進(jìn)行基礎(chǔ)施工設(shè)計。
1．  Select suitable structure according to the temperature of operating
condition and the lubricating or non-lubricating.
2．  Selecting the rotation according to the viscosity under working temperature.
The best is general that viscosity should be equal to or less than 1000mm2/s and
the rotation should be equal to 1450r/min. please you consider NPSHr value, when
the viscosity is between 1000mm2/s and 1500mm2/s. when the viscosity is higher
than 1500mm2/s,pleae you keep in tough with factory.
3．  Selecting the sepcificationg of the pump according to the capacity and
pressure on the performance table of twin screw pump.
4．  Looking out NPSHr value of pump according to specification, rotation and
viscosity of the pump on the NPSHr valve table of twin screw pump
5．  It is true about the type of pump when PNSHr valve of the pump is less than
NPSHr valve of pipe. If NPSHr value is equal to of higher than NPSHa, selecting
the pump again or bring down the rotation of the pump.
6．  After selecting specification of the pump, looking out the capacity and
power N1 of the shaft under the working pressure △P about suitable viscosity,
and selecting power N2 of the motor, the power N2 should be equal to or higher
than the value of K multiply N1.
7．  After selecting pump and motor, desiging the base according to the parameter
of the pump=motor set.

The product is a kind of middle and large double suction double screw pump with
two construction forms i.e . with inbuilt bearing or bearing, and with two
