近年來，隨著橫河工控產品和品牌的度和*的上升，一些網(wǎng)絡經銷商或者代理商，在未經我公司*的情況下在阿里巴巴等網(wǎng)絡銷售平臺出售非正規(guī)渠道來源的橫河產品。由于此類網(wǎng)絡銷售者難以提供正常的質保服務，給廣大用戶帶來一定的經濟損失，并且對“橫河”品牌的聲譽造成極其惡劣的影響。為了保護消費者的權益，現(xiàn)我司做出如下嚴正聲明:

    一，  截止目前，橫河電機（中國）有限公司從未*任何個人或組織在網(wǎng)絡銷售橫河的產品；
    二，  對未經我公司*銷售的產品，我公司一律不提供任何質量保證及服務支持；
    三，  通過網(wǎng)絡渠道購買橫河產品的用戶，因質量問題產生的任何糾紛，我公司概不承擔任何責任；
    四，  對未經*擅自在網(wǎng)上銷售橫河產品的個人和單位，以及網(wǎng)絡銷售平臺服務提供者，我公司將保留采取適當法律行動的權利。

In recent years, with the rising brand awareness and expanded market share of Yokogawa IA products, some network dealers or agents were found to be selling Yokogawa products in Alibaba and other network sales platform without authorization from Yokogawa. As product quality and aftersales services cannot be guaranteed by such network dealers, it not only causes economic losses to customers, but also badly impacts Yokogawa’s brand reputation. In order to protect the rights and interests of consumers, we hereby make the following solemn statement:

1. Yokogawa China Co., Ltd. has up to now never authorized any individual or organization to sell Yokogawa products of any kind on the network;
2. For the products sold on the network, Yokogawa shall not be obliged to provide any warranty or service support whatsoever;
3. Yokogawa China Co., Ltd. shall not undertake any obligations for any defects or quality issues to customers who purchase Yokogawa products through network channels;
4. Yokogawa China Co., Ltd. reserves the right to take appropriate legal actions against any individuals or companies who sell Yokogawa products without authorization as well as network sales platform providers.
