1、本線主機(jī)動(dòng)力為直流電機(jī)和交流變頻電機(jī)配合使用，直流電機(jī)通過直流調(diào)速器控制，可以在低速的時(shí)候保持穩(wěn)定的轉(zhuǎn)速轉(zhuǎn)矩，并能根據(jù)實(shí)際加工節(jié)約能耗。

Power of the host machine of the line is drove by DC motor and AC frequency conversion motor cooperatively. The DC motor controlled by the DC speed governor, can remain stable torque and tension control at low speed, and can according to the actual processing to save energy consumption.

2、設(shè)備部件在生產(chǎn)過程中嚴(yán)格控制，焊接件首先退火消除內(nèi)應(yīng)力后，再經(jīng)過拋丸處理，通過現(xiàn)代化精密數(shù)控加工中心加工而成。

The components is strict controlled in the processing, weld parts must relieve of internal stress by annealing first, then treated by ball blast and machining by modern precise CNC center.

3、全部工作輥采用重載軸承，配合*的注油潤滑系統(tǒng)，避免了人工操作因潤滑保養(yǎng)不當(dāng)或不及時(shí)而造成軸承磨損的問題。

All the working rolls used the heavy-duty bearing with famous brand, and coupling with advanced oiling lubrication system. It can avoid the wear of the bearing from wrong lubricating maintenance or not in time by man operation.

4、機(jī)組由高檔PLC系統(tǒng)控制，操作者通過觸摸屏就可以完成操作。

The machine set controlled by high-quality PLC system; the operator just need touch the screen to complete the operation.
