減壓閥的構(gòu)造類型很多,以往常見的有薄膜式、內(nèi)彈簧活塞式等。減壓閥的基本作用原理是靠閥內(nèi)流道對水流的局部阻力降低水壓,水壓降的范圍由連接閥瓣的薄膜或活塞兩側(cè)的進(jìn)出口水壓差自動調(diào)節(jié)。近年來又出現(xiàn)一些新型減壓閥,如定比式減壓閥,其構(gòu)造原理如圖14.2-2所示。定比減壓原理是利用閥體中浮動活塞的水壓比控制,進(jìn)出口端減壓比與進(jìn)出口側(cè)活塞面積比成反比。這種減壓閥工作平穩(wěn)無振動;閥體內(nèi)無彈簧,故無彈簧銹蝕、金屬疲勞失效之慮;密封性能良好不滲漏,因而既減動壓(水流動時)又減靜壓(流量為0時);特別是在減壓的同時不影響水流量。 減壓閥通常有DN50~DN100等多種規(guī)格,閥前、后的工作壓力分別為<1MPa和0.1~0.5MPa,調(diào)壓范圍誤差為±5%~10%
