QFZ-J-0160同步器轉(zhuǎn)換組件可用于將3通道同步發(fā)送器0~360°的角度信號(hào)轉(zhuǎn)化為自整角機(jī)的交流模擬電壓(ARINC407)輸出。輸出方式:輸出分三個(gè)通道姿態(tài)(航向、俯仰、傾斜),六個(gè)模塊;每個(gè)模塊輸出三路電壓S1、S2和S3.航向通道模塊C輸出16V、模塊F輸出11.8V;傾斜通道模塊B輸出57V、模塊E輸出16V;俯仰通道模塊A輸出57V、模塊D輸出16V; Vs3-Vs1= Ek×sin(q )×sin(wt) ……………⑴ Vs2-Vs3= Ek×sin(q+120°)×sin(wt) ……………⑵ Vs1-Vs2= Ek×sin(q+240°)×sin(wt) ……………⑶ 其中, q為給定數(shù)字角度;Ek為線-線電壓(有效值) 輸入數(shù)字角度由外部控制器通過(guò)并行總線和邏輯控制,三通道的選取控制及各通道的角度控制由協(xié)議完成。
QFZ-J-0160 High Power Digital-to-Synchro/Resolver Converter Board is used to convert three channels of 0~360°angle signal into synchronous AC analog voltage output. Output Mode:Three channels, each module outputs three lines of AC analog voltage S1, S2 and S3. Input angle is controlled by external controller via concurrent bus. Options of three channel and anger control are completed by agreement.
