Product overview:
Ws-erd2000 Series Dual programmable DC feedback load adopts high-frequency PWM rectification and bidirectional DCDC conversion technology, FPGA digital control technology, forward and reverse seamless switching, automatic two-way operation, and has the function of energy feedback to the power grid in the full power section. Advanced digital control technology, high control accuracy and fast response speed. The two channels are configured independently and do not affect each other. The channels can be used in parallel to expand the DC output capacity and reduce the customer's equipment investment. Rich programming and testing functions, combined with different host computer software, can be used in a variety of applications.
Product features:
1. Channel independent configuration: each channel is programmed independently, the voltage, current and power parameters are set independently, and the cloth parameters in the programming mode are set independently. The channels are independent and do not affect each other.
2. Parallel use of channels: channels do not affect each other, and two channels can also be used in parallel.
3. Power grid feedback function: it has the characteristics of power supply and load at the same time. In addition to the performance of high-power DC power supply, it realizes the load function of energy automatic feedback to the power grid, and has the outstanding advantages of energy saving, consumption reduction and green environmental protection.
4. High precision output: the precision of output voltage is up to ± 0.05% F.S.
5. Fast dynamic response: 10% - 90% sudden load and 90% - 10% sudden load reduction output voltage response time ≤ 5ms+ 90% ~ - 90% forward and reverse switching time ≤ 10ms.
6. Mainstream high-frequency PWM rectifier control technology, power factor ≥ 0.99, thd and injected harmonic current meet the requirements of national standard GB / T14549-93, and high-quality energy is fed back to the power grid.
7. Advanced IGBT parallel technology is adopted for efficient and reliable operation.
8. There are three working modes: CC, CV and CP.
9. Multiple protection functions: input overvoltage and undervoltage, phase loss, output overvoltage, IGBT overheating, IGBT overcurrent and overtemperature protection, short circuit current limiting protection.
10. Built in EMI filter can well filter out the interference signal caused by high-frequency switching process.
11. Communication and remote control function: standard can, RS232 / RS485 communication interface and host computer remote control software.
