閥門殼體厚度超過國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)GB、JB和美標(biāo)ANSI的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)數(shù)據(jù)要求,主要材質(zhì)化學(xué)元素和力學(xué)性能達(dá)到國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)定要求。殼體三段結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計,體型堅固,外型美觀。
閥體材質(zhì)化學(xué)元素達(dá)到國家規(guī)定標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求,精工細(xì)磨。保證閥桿具有良好的化學(xué)性能及抗腐蝕性能。
內(nèi)置緩行補償彈性墊圈,確保穩(wěn)定良好的密封性。并且在含有新質(zhì)介質(zhì)中,不容易卡死造成球的破裂。
全襯硬密封面接觸陶瓷球閥設(shè)計結(jié)構(gòu),介質(zhì)通道均襯結(jié)構(gòu)陶瓷材料,其化學(xué)穩(wěn)定性加上的硬度(硬度HRA88以上,僅次于金鋼石)的特性。
閥門結(jié)構(gòu)簡潔,流道順暢,介質(zhì)流動阻力小。硬密封陶瓷內(nèi)件,由六件科學(xué)合理的結(jié)構(gòu)組成,與介質(zhì)接觸部分均為結(jié)構(gòu)陶瓷。閥球、閥座面接觸加工,使得球與座內(nèi)圓緊密結(jié)合。加上球圓精度高、表面質(zhì)量好、整閥扭矩輕、阻力小、密封性達(dá)零泄露。
