　　全自動(dòng)瀝青抽提儀操作規(guī)程：

　　★儀器的安裝與連接

　　瀝青含量快速抽提儀必需置于有頂面防護(hù)的房間或棚子中，距離墻面100cm。儀器底座放置好后，應(yīng)該校正水平，然后才能放置蒸發(fā)冷凝箱，連接控制儀和冷卻水管，在確認(rèn)出380V及零線供電正常的情況下，黑色線為零線將儀器接通電源。

　　★使用前的檢查

　　儀器在長(zhǎng)途運(yùn)輸和長(zhǎng)時(shí)間不用，再度使用前首行必要的檢查和運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)，確保安全A，以防發(fā)生意外。

　　⒈從溶劑孔注入三氯乙烯溶劑（約二十公斤）

　?、矙z查儀器工作是否正常：接通電源，啟動(dòng)工作開(kāi)關(guān)，再按沖振及抽提鍵，使控制部分將進(jìn)入工作狀態(tài)。

　?、硻z查離心杯運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)是否正常，按抽提鍵，此時(shí)離心機(jī)處于轉(zhuǎn)速運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)，觀察其轉(zhuǎn)向，正常狀態(tài)下離心機(jī)按逆時(shí)針?lè)较蛐D(zhuǎn)〔與電機(jī)旋轉(zhuǎn)方向（箭頭方向）一致〕。

　?、礄z查噴淋蓋內(nèi)噴頭是否堵塞。

　　★試驗(yàn)準(zhǔn)備

　?、比∠潞Y網(wǎng)，按孔徑依次從小到大自下而上放好，將稱量過(guò)的瀝青混合料試樣放入最上層的篩中。

　?、矊⒄缀Y網(wǎng)放在振動(dòng)架的漏斗上，蓋上噴淋蓋，旋緊螺栓。

　?、硨⒎Q量好的離心杯壓入離心筒內(nèi)，蓋上離心蓋，放正振動(dòng)器支架，旋緊手柄，將導(dǎo)流管插入離心蓋的中孔內(nèi)。

　　四油石比的計(jì)算

　　瀝青混合料中礦料的總質(zhì)量由兩部分組成。

　　式中：mα－瀝青混合料中礦料的總質(zhì)量（g）

　　m1－篩網(wǎng)中倒出的集料烘干后的質(zhì)量（g）

　　瀝青混合料中瀝青質(zhì)量為瀝青混合料總質(zhì)量與礦料總質(zhì)量之差。

　　Full-automatic asphalt extraction instrument operating procedures:

　　★Installation and connection of the instrument

　　The asphalt content rapid extraction instrument must be placed in a room or shed with a top surface protection,100 cm from the wall surface.After the base of the instrument is placed,the level should be corrected,ａnd then the evaporative condensation box can be placed.Connect the controller and the cooling water pipe.After confirming that 380V and the neutral line power supply are normal,the black line is the neutral line to connect the instrument to the power supply.

　　★Check before use

　　The instrument is transported for long distances and is not used for a long time.Before it is used again,the necessary inspection and operation are performed to ensure safety A to prevent accidents.

　　注入Inject trichloroethylene solvent(about 20 kg)from the solvent hole

　?、睠heck whether the instrument works normally:Connect the power supply,start the work switch,ａnd then press the shock and extraction keys,so that the control part will enter the working state.

　?、矯heck whether the centrifugal cup is operating normally,press the extraction button,the centrifuge is running at A speed,ａnd observe its rotation.Under normal conditions,the centrifuge rotates counterclockwise[in line with the direction of rotation of the motor(arrow direction)].

　　★Test preparation

　　⒈Remove the sieve,place it from bottom to top according to the pore size,ａnd place the weighed asphalt mixture sample into the top sieve.

　?、睵ut the whole set of screen on the funnel of the vibration frame,cover the spray cover and tighten the bolts.

　　壓Press the weighed centrifugal cup into the centrifugal cylinder,cover the centrifugal cover,place the vibrator support,tighten the handle,ａnd insert the guide tube into the middle hole of the centrifugal cover.

　　Calculation of the four oil-stone ratio

　　The total mass of the mineral in the asphalt mixture consists of two parts.

　　The asphalt quality in the asphalt mixture is the difference between the total mass of the asphalt mixture and the total mass of the minerals.

　　全自動(dòng)瀝青抽提儀使用注意事項(xiàng)：

　　★當(dāng)全自動(dòng)瀝青含量快速抽提儀在抽提的過(guò)程中，因停電而中斷抽提時(shí)，不能帶載2次啟動(dòng)，否則會(huì)因離心杯中的礦粉，瀝青和三氯乙烯混合液引起中偏移，損壞離心筒，因此抽提停電，必需清理試樣及離心杯，按新的試驗(yàn)重新開(kāi)始。

　　★長(zhǎng)途運(yùn)輸時(shí)，要特別注意防震，儀器設(shè)備要分別裝入專用包裝箱，箱內(nèi)墊以塑料泡沫或軟紙，四周填充密實(shí)，勿使之松動(dòng)搖晃，裝卸車時(shí)小心輕放，不能碰撞，以確保儀器外表美觀，功能完好。

　　★儀器兩天以上不使用，要將蒸發(fā)箱的瀝青，三氯乙烯混合液和溶劑箱的三氯乙烯放出，分別存放在專用密封塑料筒內(nèi)，以防對(duì)儀器腐蝕。

　　★離心筒，離心機(jī)頂蓋兩個(gè)部位的密封圈，每使用一次涂一次凡士林油。

　　★由于安裝使用不當(dāng)，或儀器設(shè)備發(fā)生故障，會(huì)使試驗(yàn)無(wú)法正常進(jìn)行。如果儀器嚴(yán)重?fù)p壞必須交有關(guān)人員檢修。

　　Precautions for using the automatic asphalt extractor

　　★When the automatic bitumen content rapid extraction instrument is in the process of extraction,when the extraction is interrupted due to a power outage,it cannot be started 2 times with a load,otherwise it will be caused by the mineral powder,asphalt and trichloroethylene mixed solution in the centrifuge cup.The middle offset will damage the centrifuge tube,so the extraction power failure,the sample and the centrifuge cup must be cleaned and restarted according to the new test.

　　★During long-distance transportation,special attention should be paid to anti-vibration.The instruments and equipment should be packed in special packaging boxes.The inside of the boxes should be filled with plastic foam or soft paper.To ensure the appearance of the instrument is beautiful and the function is intact.

　　★If the instrument is not used for more than two days,the asphalt in the evaporation tank,the trichloroethylene mixed solution and the trichloroethylene in the solvent tank are released and stored in a special sealed plastic cylinder to prevent corrosion of the instrument.

　　★The seal ring of the two parts of the centrifuge tube and the top cover of the centrifuge is coated with petroleum jelly once every time.

　　★Due to improper installation or use of equipment,or failure of the equipment,the test cannot be performed normally.If the instrument is severely damaged,it must be submitted to the relevant personnel for repair.
