　　電動(dòng)液壓沖片機(jī)操作規(guī)程：

　　★使用前**先向油箱內(nèi)加注6L液壓油（打開(kāi)后蓋板加油），檢查各種有關(guān)接頭盒緊固件是否動(dòng)，如有松動(dòng)則擰緊即可，以防漏油，影響使用，檢查電氣系統(tǒng)接地，熔絲是否有效。

　　★開(kāi)始時(shí)，將手動(dòng)桿至中間停止位置，然后按面板上啟動(dòng)按鈕，接通電源，油泵開(kāi)始工作，搬動(dòng)手動(dòng)桿使活塞上升一段距離，觀察有無(wú)卡滯等異?，F(xiàn)象，如有，側(cè)停機(jī)檢查，排除，如無(wú)異?，F(xiàn)象應(yīng)使活塞上升一段距離再下降，這樣往返幾次以排盡缸內(nèi)的空氣，觀察油管內(nèi)無(wú)氣泡**可正常使用。

　　Electric hydraulic punching machine operating rules:

　　★Before use,fill 6L hydraulic oil into the fuel tank(open the rear cover and fill it with oil),check whether the various joint box fasteners are moving,ａnd tighten them if they are loose to prevent oil leakage and affect the use.Check that the electrical system is grounded and that the fuse is valid.

　　★At the beginning,move the manual lever to the middle stop position,ａnd then press the start button on the panel to turn on the power.The oil pump starts to work.Stop inspection and eliminate,if there is no abnormal phenomenon,the piston should be raised for a certain distance and then lowered,so as to return several times to exhaust the air in the cylinder,ａnd observe that there are no air bubbles in the oil pipe.

　　電動(dòng)液壓沖片機(jī)結(jié)構(gòu)與工作原理：

　　★本機(jī)主要機(jī)架、液壓系統(tǒng)級(jí)電氣系統(tǒng)等組成。

　　★機(jī)架部分：主要由橫梁、立柱、托盤(pán)、油缸、外殼、底座等組成。

　　★液壓系統(tǒng)：由液壓泵、轉(zhuǎn)換閥、油箱、濾油器及油管、接頭組成。液壓泵為軸向柱塞高壓泵，流量為2.5m3/min額定壓力31.5 Mpa，由1500KW三相電機(jī)直接驅(qū)動(dòng)，固定在底座上。

　　★轉(zhuǎn)換閥裝在前面板的右側(cè)，由手動(dòng)桿操作。向上提油缸上升，向下按油缸下降，中間為停止。

　　★溢流閥設(shè)在機(jī)殼內(nèi)。溢流閥是調(diào)節(jié)壓力范圍的，此項(xiàng)程序在出廠前已調(diào)試好，A隨意調(diào)節(jié)。

　　Structure and working principle of electric hydraulic punching machine

　　★This machine is composed of main frame and hydraulic system-level electrical system.

　　★Frame part:It is mainly composed of beams,columns,trays,oil cylinders,shells,bases,etc.

　　★Hydraulic system:It consists of hydraulic pump,switching valve,fuel tank,oil filter,oil pipe and joint.The hydraulic pump is an axial piston high-pressure pump with a flow rate of 2.5m3/min and a rated pressure of 31.5 Mpa.It is directly driven by a 1500KW three-phase motor and fixed on the base.

　　★The switching valve is installed on the right side of the front panel and is operated by a manual lever.Lift the oil cylinder upwards,press the oil cylinder downwards,ａnd stop in the middle.

　　★The overflow valve is set in the casing.The relief valve adjusts the pressure range.This program has been debugged before leaving the factory.A can be adjusted at will.

　　電動(dòng)液壓沖片機(jī)機(jī)維護(hù)與保養(yǎng)：

　　儀器內(nèi)外應(yīng)保持清潔，防止各種部分生銹。

　　經(jīng)常檢查油液潔凈與否，根據(jù)使用情況每月應(yīng)沉淀油箱內(nèi)液壓油一次，每半年更換液壓油一次，換油時(shí)應(yīng)清洗油箱、濾油器、如平時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)油液混濁，嚴(yán)重不能再用時(shí)，應(yīng)及時(shí)更換，否則會(huì)加速液壓各部分磨損，甚至影響正常工作。液壓油規(guī)格、視氣溫不同建議如下：

　　當(dāng)環(huán)境溫度為15±5℃時(shí)用GB443-84N46（相當(dāng)于30號(hào)機(jī)械油）

　　當(dāng)環(huán)境溫度為25±5℃時(shí)用GB443-84N68（相當(dāng)于40號(hào)液壓油）

　　Maintenance and maintenance of electric hydraulic punching machine

　　The inside and outside of the instrument should be kept clean to prevent all parts from rusting.

　　Always check the cleanliness of the oil.Depending on the use situation,the hydraulic oil in the fuel tank should be deposited once a month and the hydraulic oil should be replaced every six months.When changing the oil,the fuel tank and oil filter should be thoroughly cleaned.When in use,it should be replaced in time,otherwise the hydraulic parts will be accelerated and even affect normal work.Hydraulic oil specifications and suggestions depending on the temperature are as follows:

　　When the ambient temperature is 15±5℃,use GB443-84N46(equivalent to 30#mechanical oil)

　　When the ambient temperature is 25±5℃,use GB443-84N68(equivalent to No.40 hydraulic oil)

　　電動(dòng)液壓沖片機(jī)注意事項(xiàng)：

　　★嚴(yán)禁不加油，使油泵空轉(zhuǎn)。

　　★使用前必須排盡系統(tǒng)內(nèi)空氣，才能使用。

　　★沖壓試件應(yīng)注意油缸上升距離，嚴(yán)禁活塞與試件接觸以防損壞機(jī)件，操作人員應(yīng)特別注意。

　　★當(dāng)做完試驗(yàn)后應(yīng)將活塞降到底部以防活塞潮濕導(dǎo)致生銹。

　　★試驗(yàn)機(jī)器前必須閱讀使用說(shuō)明書(shū)。

　　Note for electric hydraulic punching machine:

　　★It is strictly forbidden to let the oil pump run without refueling.

　　★The air in the system must be exhausted before use.

　　★Pay attention to the rising distance of the cylinder when stamping the test piece.It is strictly forbidden that the piston contact the test piece to prevent damage to the machine.

　　★After the test is completed,the piston should be lowered to the bottom to prevent the piston from being wet due to rust.

　　★Read the instruction manual before testing the machine.
