　　石膏板楔形棱邊深度測(cè)定儀調(diào)整與操作：

　　使用前，將儀器放在平板上面，左手適當(dāng)用力按住儀器，使本體底面與平板緊密接觸，定位舌及百分表測(cè)量桿手壓縮入，然后適當(dāng)松開(kāi)螺釘(8)調(diào)節(jié)百分表上下位置，調(diào)整好后隨即擰緊螺釘(8)鎖緊百分表不再移動(dòng)。并按百分表清零鍵，使百分表置零。接下來(lái)就可以進(jìn)行使用測(cè)量。在每次使用前都必須將百分表清零(數(shù)顯百分表使用見(jiàn)其說(shuō)明書(shū)。)

　　Adjustment and operation of gypsum board wedge edge depth measuring instrument:

　　Before use,place the instrument on the flat panel,press the instrument with your left hａnd and press firmly to bring the bottom surface of the body into close contact with the flat panel,compress the positioning tongue and dial gauge measuring rod by hand,ａnd then loosen the screw(8)appropriately to adjust the top and bottom of the dial.Position,after adjusting,tighten the screw(8)to lock the dial indicator and no longer move.And press the zero indicator of the dial indicator to reset the dial indicator to zero.The measurement can then be performed.The dial indicator must be cleared to zero before each use(see the manual for the digital dial indicator).

　　XL-10石膏板楔形棱邊深度測(cè)定儀在進(jìn)行測(cè)量時(shí)手持儀器本體，前端朝向石膏板棱邊方向，按在石膏板上，同時(shí)慢慢向棱邊方向移動(dòng)，待定位舌伸出以后再將儀器稍稍往后移動(dòng)，使定位舌緊緊靠棱邊邊緣，此時(shí)即可以從百分表上讀出所測(cè)楔形棱邊深度。在整個(gè)過(guò)程中，應(yīng)盡量使儀器本體與石膏板棱邊垂直，特別在讀數(shù)時(shí)，否則會(huì)引起誤差。

　　XL-10 Gypsum Board Wedge Edge Depth Detector holds the body of the instrument during measurement,with the front end facing the direction of the edge of the gypsum board,pressing it on the gypsum board,ａnd slowly moving towards the edge.The instrument moves back slightly so that the positioning tongue is close to the edge edge.At this time,the measured wedge edge depth can be read from the dial indicator.During the whole process,try to make the instrument body perpendicular to the edges of the gypsum board,especially when reading,otherwise it will cause errors.

　　XL-10石膏板楔形棱邊深度測(cè)定儀維護(hù)保養(yǎng)：

　　儀器是精密量具。應(yīng)經(jīng)常保持清潔，注意輕拿輕放，使用完畢應(yīng)用軟布擦拭干凈。定位舌時(shí)間可適當(dāng)加些潤(rùn)滑油，但不要過(guò)多，加潤(rùn)滑油后使定位舌上下活動(dòng)幾次，然后擦去多于潤(rùn)滑油，使活動(dòng)面上面保留一層油膜即可，儀器平時(shí)不應(yīng)隨便拆卸，以免損壞。

　　XL-10 Gypsum Board Wedge Edge Depth Tester Maintenance:

　　The instrument is a precision measuring tool.Should always be kept clean,take care to handle gently,wipe with a soft cloth after use.You can add some lubricating oil appropriately for the positioning tongue time,but do not overdo it.After adding the lubricant,move the positioning tongue up and down several times,then wipe off more than the lubricant,leaving a layer of oil film on the moving surface.The instrument should not be used normally.Remove it to avoid damage.
