　　三、操作步驟：

　　★準(zhǔn)備：將測(cè)量底座和移動(dòng)平塊(測(cè)厚度機(jī)構(gòu))處于同一水平上，再將數(shù)字式高精度百分表頭置入測(cè)厚度機(jī)構(gòu)的安裝座內(nèi),然后調(diào)緊螺釘。

　　★顯示屏讀書(shū)清零：將數(shù)字式高精度百分表頭顯示屏清零。

　　★測(cè)量：將測(cè)量底座置于待測(cè)標(biāo)線上面，使其與移動(dòng)塊的接合處的邊緣與標(biāo)線邊緣平行，移動(dòng)塊能夠自由落下或下移即可測(cè)量標(biāo)線的厚度。為便于讀數(shù)可按數(shù)字式高精度百分表頭的保持按鈕，提起標(biāo)線厚度測(cè)定儀讀取并記錄數(shù)值。

　　Third,the operation steps:

　　★Preparation:Place the measuring base and the moving flat block(measuring thickness mechanism)at the same level,then place the digital high-precision dial indicator head into the mounting of the thickness measuring mechanism,ａnd then tighten the screws.

　　★Display reading clear:Clear the digital high-precision dial indicator display.

　　★Measurement:Place the measuring base on the marking line to be measured so that the edge of the joint with the moving block is parallel to the edge of the marking.The moving block can freely fall or move down to measure the thickness of the marking.To facilitate reading,press the hold button of the digital high-precision dial indicator and lift the line thickness gauge to read and record the value.

　　四、注意事項(xiàng)：

　　★為了保障測(cè)量結(jié)果的準(zhǔn)確度，在測(cè)量前應(yīng)盡量調(diào)整好標(biāo)線厚度測(cè)量?jī)x的零值。

　　★為了確保移動(dòng)塊的移動(dòng)應(yīng)在試驗(yàn)前應(yīng)注意調(diào)整好其與標(biāo)線的相對(duì)位置。

　　同時(shí)應(yīng)清潔標(biāo)線測(cè)量區(qū)域的表面，可獲得較真實(shí)的測(cè)量數(shù)據(jù)。

　　★測(cè)量時(shí)應(yīng)注意解除數(shù)字式高精度百（千）分表頭的保持功能，一般連續(xù)按保持按鈕3次即可，讓標(biāo)線厚度測(cè)定儀處于測(cè)量狀態(tài)。

　　★注意防止儀器在測(cè)量過(guò)程的跌落，以免儀器的損壞。長(zhǎng)時(shí)間沒(méi)有測(cè)量任務(wù)時(shí)應(yīng)取出數(shù)字式高精度百（千）分表的電池，以延長(zhǎng)其使用壽命。

　　★測(cè)定器及其附件應(yīng)存放在干燥、清潔、無(wú)振動(dòng)、無(wú)易燃、易腐蝕物品的環(huán)境條件下。

　　Fourth,note:

　　★In order to ensure the accuracy of the measurement results,the zero value of the line thickness gauge should be adjusted as much as possible before measurement.

　　★In order to ensure the movement of the moving block,it should be adjusted before the test to adjust its relative position with the marking.

　　At the same time,the surface of the measuring area of the marking should be cleaned to obtain more realistic measurement data.

　　★When measuring,please pay attention to the digital high-precision hundred(thousand)sub-head retention function.Generally,press the hold button 3 times continuously,ａnd let the marking thickness gauge be in the measurement state.

　　★Take care to prevent the instrument from falling during the measurement process to avoid damage to the instrument.When there is no measurement task for a long time,the digital high-precision 100(minute)meter battery should be taken out to prolong its service life.

　　★The measuring device and its accessories should be stored in an environment that is dry,clean,vibration-free,flammable and corrosive.
