　　磚瓦爆裂蒸煮箱使用方法（使用時請詳細(xì)閱讀說明書）

　　★在箱內(nèi)放足所需試驗的清水（參考國標(biāo)510）再放入試件蓋上蓋子。

　　★在水封箱內(nèi)放清水，放氣口可安一短管。

　　★接通電源進(jìn)行加熱。

　　★當(dāng)達(dá)到溫度后，調(diào)節(jié)定時器使試驗時間自動停止工作。

　　How to use the brick bursting cooking box(please read the instructions carefully when using)

　　★Put the required test water in the box(refer to GB 510)ａnd put the test piece on the cover.

　　★Put water in the water seal box,ａnd the air outlet can be short.

　　★Turn on the power to heat.

　　★When the temperature is reached,the adjustment timer will automatically stop the test time.

　　磚瓦爆裂蒸煮箱調(diào)整方法:

　　★在正式使用前，首先檢查電源情況、絕緣電阻及接地線。

　　★先空箱放入清水將溫度計調(diào)到100℃。

　　★在調(diào)好以后，就可進(jìn)行工作，在箱內(nèi)溫度恒溫后，綠燈自動停止（表示停止加溫）；紅燈亮，如果需要自動斷電可將計時器進(jìn)行調(diào)節(jié)，方法如下：按計時器，如設(shè)定30分鐘，即設(shè)置成“0030”然后打開開關(guān)設(shè)定如溫度即可計時。

　　★本蒸煮箱是常壓容器，不能做受壓試驗，因此有些蒸汽泄出。

　　★Before the official use,first check the power supply,insulation resistance and grounding wire.

　　★Put the thermometer in the empty box and set the thermometer to 100°C.

　　★After adjusting,you can work.After the temperature in the box is constant,the green light stops automatically(indicating stop heating);the red light is on,if you need automatic power off,you can adjust the timer as follows:press timer If it is set for 30 minutes,it is set to"0030"ａnd then the switch setting such as temperature can be turned on.

　　★This cooking box is an atmospheric pressure container and cannot be subjected to a pressure test,so some steam is released.

　　磚瓦爆裂蒸煮箱維護(hù)與保養(yǎng):

　　★本產(chǎn)品電熱元件標(biāo)在PH值等于的水中壽命大于1000小時，在有化學(xué)成分的水中壽命將相應(yīng)減少，因此應(yīng)在每次試驗后，將水放凈、擦凈。

　　★使用前應(yīng)檢查絕緣電阻和箱體接地情況。

　　★不允許不加水干燒。

　　★溫度計應(yīng)隨時調(diào)節(jié)，保證可靠的自動控制。

　　★儀器接地要良好。

　　Brick tile explosion cooking box maintenance and maintenance

　　★The electric heating element of this product is marked with a life of more than 1000 hours in water with a PH value equal to 0.5 hours.The life of the chemical component in the water will be reduced accordingly.Therefore,the water should be cleaned and wiped clean after each test.

　　★Check the insulation resistance and the grounding of the cabinet before use.

　　★Do not allow to dry without water.

　　★The thermometer should be adjusted at any time to ensure reliable automatic control.

　　★The instrument should be grounded well.
