　　一、簡(jiǎn)介：

　　農(nóng)藥凍融穩(wěn)定性試驗(yàn)箱依據(jù)NYT 2989-2016農(nóng)藥登記產(chǎn)品規(guī)格制定規(guī)范設(shè)計(jì)制造。用于微囊液體制劑的凍融穩(wěn)定性試驗(yàn)，壓縮機(jī)、加熱部分、電源控制部分均采用進(jìn)口件，高質(zhì)量、高性能。滿載運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)時(shí)凍融箱內(nèi)各點(diǎn)溫度極差不超過(guò)1℃。自動(dòng)控制，數(shù)據(jù)曲線實(shí)時(shí)動(dòng)態(tài)顯示、試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)自動(dòng)存儲(chǔ)，具有試驗(yàn)意外終止自動(dòng)恢復(fù)功能。

　　微囊液體制劑等應(yīng)進(jìn)行凍融穩(wěn)定性試驗(yàn)。試驗(yàn)?zāi)康氖谴_保成囊制劑在溫度變化時(shí)囊的完整性，以確保有效成分完整的釋放。結(jié)凍和融化穩(wěn)定性試驗(yàn)條件為在(-10±2)℃和(20±2)℃之間做4個(gè)循環(huán)，每個(gè)循環(huán)為結(jié)凍18h融化6h。微囊液體制劑主要有微囊懸浮劑（CS）、微囊懸浮-水乳劑（ZW）、微囊懸浮-懸浮劑（ZC）、微囊懸浮-懸乳劑（ZE）等劑型。

　　1.微囊懸浮劑（CS）及微囊懸浮-懸浮劑（ZC）凍融穩(wěn)定性合格要求為：儲(chǔ)后游離有效成分含量、酸堿度或pH范圍、濕篩試驗(yàn)、懸浮率、自發(fā)分散性、傾倒性等應(yīng)符合產(chǎn)品規(guī)格要求；

　　2.微囊懸浮-水乳劑（ZW）及微囊懸浮-懸乳劑（ZE）凍融穩(wěn)定性合格要求為：儲(chǔ)后游離有效成分含量、酸堿度或pH范圍、濕篩試驗(yàn)、分散穩(wěn)定性、傾倒性等應(yīng)符合產(chǎn)品規(guī)格要求。

　　1.Introduction

　　The pesticide freeze-thaw stability test chamber is designed and manufactured in accordance with NYT 2989-2016 pesticide registration product specifications.It is used for freeze-thaw stability test of microcapsule liquid preparations.The compressor,heating part and power control part are all imported parts with high quality and high performance.The temperature difference of each point in the freezing and thawing box does not exceed 1℃when operating at full load.Automatic control,real-time dynamic display of data curve,automatic storage of test data,ａnd automatic recovery function for unexpected termination of test.

　　Freeze-thaw stability tests should be carried out for microencapsulated liquid preparations.The purpose of the test is to ensure the integrity of the capsule when the temperature changes in the encapsulated formulation,so as to ensure the complete release of the active ingredients.The freezing and thawing stability test conditions are 4 cycles between(-10±2)℃and(20±2)℃,ａnd each cycle is freezing for 18h and thawing for 6h.Microcapsule liquid preparations mainly include microcapsule suspension(CS),microcapsule suspension-water emulsion(ZW),microcapsule suspension-suspension(ZC),microcapsule suspension-suspension emulsion(ZE)ａnd other dosage forms.

　　2.Qualified requirements for freeze-thaw stability of microcapsule suspension-water emulsion(ZW)ａnd microcapsule suspension-suspoemulsion(ZE)are:free active ingredient content after storage,pH or pH range,wet sieve test,dispersion stability,dumping The performance should meet the product specification requirements.
