　　防水卷材真空吸水儀結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)：

　　主要由抽氣部分，試驗(yàn)控制部分及試樣容器部分組成，控制系統(tǒng)方便靈活，易于操作，整機(jī)布局合理，層次分明。

　　It is mainly composed of pumping part,test control part and sample container part.The control system is convenient and flexible,easy to operate,ａnd the whole machine is arranged reasonably and clearly.

　　防水卷材真空吸水儀安裝與調(diào)試：

　　開(kāi)箱時(shí)注意各種玻璃容器是否破損，真空泵是否注到紅點(diǎn)位置，各接頭連接避免松動(dòng)，個(gè)閥芯應(yīng)涂真空至，將溫度計(jì)及膠塞安裝在儲(chǔ)水瓶上，然后接通電源。

　　Installation and commissioning of waterproof membrane vacuum water absorption instrument:

　　When opening the box,pay attention to whether the various glass containers are damaged,whether the vacuum pump is injected to the red dot position,ａnd the joints are connected to avoid loosening.Vacuum should be applied to each valve core.Install the thermometer and rubber plug on the water bottle,ａnd then connect the power supply.

　　防水卷材真空吸水儀試驗(yàn)準(zhǔn)備：

　　A、抽氣系統(tǒng)檢查，(充氣時(shí)再開(kāi)啟注水閥)

　　儲(chǔ)水瓶倒入少量的清水關(guān)閉注水閥，開(kāi)啟調(diào)壓閥及抽水閥，啟動(dòng)使真空干燥器的真空度達(dá)到規(guī)定的數(shù)量，此時(shí)開(kāi)啟注水瓶?jī)?nèi)的水抽吸到干燥器中，以此檢查抽氣系統(tǒng)暢通無(wú)漏氣。

　　B、試件處理：(卷材為例，瓷磚參閱**有關(guān)檢測(cè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)測(cè)試)時(shí)間不封邊，將其表面浮動(dòng)隔離材料刷除，并準(zhǔn)確稱量(W1)

　　Test preparation for vacuum water absorption meter for waterproof membrane:

　　A.Exhaust system inspection(open the water injection valve when inflating)

　　Pour a small amount of water into the water storage bottle to close the water injection valve,open the pressure regulating valve and the water suction valve,ａnd start to make the vacuum degree of the vacuum dryer reach the specified amount.The air extraction system is free from leaks.

　　B.Test piece processing:(coiled material as an example,ceramic tiles refer to**Relevant testing standard test)Time is not sealed,brush the surface of floating insulation material,ａnd accurately weigh(W1)

　　防水卷材真空吸水儀注意事項(xiàng)：

　　1、真空度負(fù)壓嚴(yán)禁超過(guò)表量程而損壞表。

　　2、閥門(mén)塞心及干燥器接口處定期涂真空脂。

　　3、滴在干燥器真空脂上水需用濾紙粘吸。

　　4、因閥芯陣松而造成漏氣。

　　5、定期更換泵油

　　Note for waterproof membrane vacuum water absorber:

　　1.Vacuum and negative pressure are strictly prohibited to exceed the meter range and damage the meter.

　　2.Regularly apply vacuum grease to the valve plug and the interface of the dryer.

　　3.Water dripping on the vacuum grease of the dryer needs to be sucked with filter paper.

　　4.Air leakage caused by loose spool.

　　5.Change the pump oil regularly
