三、測(cè)試原理:
利用物質(zhì)對(duì)不同波長的光呈現(xiàn)選擇性吸收現(xiàn)象來進(jìn)行物質(zhì)的定性和定量分析。如果被測(cè)溶液是透明的,當(dāng)一束定向入射光I經(jīng)過溶液時(shí),能檢測(cè)到定向透射光IC的光強(qiáng)度;若溶液存在不同程度的渾濁,當(dāng)定向入射光I經(jīng)過溶液時(shí),必定會(huì)產(chǎn)生光的擴(kuò)散,從而定向透射光IC的光強(qiáng)減小,因此只要準(zhǔn)確測(cè)量出定向透射光IC的光強(qiáng)大小,**能定量反映出溶液的透明度。

四、使用方法:
?開機(jī)預(yù)熱
使用前應(yīng)預(yù)熱30分鐘。
?波長調(diào)整
轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)波長旋紐,并觀察波長顯示窗,調(diào)整至需要的測(cè)試波長(460鈉米)。
注意事項(xiàng):轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)測(cè)試波長校正(透射率A)后,以穩(wěn)定5分鐘后進(jìn)行測(cè)試為好(符合行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及計(jì)量部門檢定規(guī)程要求)。
?設(shè)置測(cè)試模式
按功能健,便可在“透射率”和“吸光率”中切換測(cè)試模式。
?玻璃比色皿的配對(duì)性
該儀器所附的玻璃比色皿是經(jīng)過配對(duì)測(cè)試的,未經(jīng)配對(duì)處理的比色皿將影響樣品的測(cè)試精度。用手拿比色皿應(yīng)握比色皿的磨砂表面,不應(yīng)該接觸比色皿的透光面,即透光面上不能有手印或溶液痕跡,待測(cè)溶液中不能有氣泡、懸浮物,否則也將影響樣品的測(cè)試精度。比色皿在使用完畢后應(yīng)立即洗干凈。
?調(diào)零(射率0%)
在T模式時(shí),將遮光體置入樣品架,合上樣品室,并拉動(dòng)樣品架拉桿使其進(jìn)入光路。然后按動(dòng)“調(diào)零”鍵,顯示器上顯示“00.0”或“-00.0”,便完成調(diào)T零,完成調(diào)T零后,取出遮光體。

?Pairing of glass cuvettes
The glass cuvettes attached to this instrument are paired and tested.Unpaired cuvettes will affect the test accuracy of the sample.When holding the cuvette with your hand,you should hold the frosted surface of the cuvette,and should not touch the light-transmitting surface of the cuvette,that is,there should be no fingerprints or traces of the solution on the light-transmitting surface,and there should be no air bubbles or suspended matter in the solution to be tested,otherwise It will also affect the test accuracy of the sample.Wash the cuvettes immediately after use.Zh
?Zero adjustment(emissivity 0%)
In T mode,place the light-shielding body into the sample holder,close the sample chamber,and pull the sample holder lever to enter the light path.Then press the"Zero"key,the display will show"00.0"or"-00.0",and then complete the T zero adjustment.After completing the T zero adjustment,remove the shade.
五、儀器安裝:
1儀器工作環(huán)境
1.1儀器的額定電壓為220V±22V,50Hz±1Hz。供電電壓不正常會(huì)使儀器無法正常工作。
1.2儀器應(yīng)安裝在干燥的室內(nèi),環(huán)境度為5℃~35℃(A合適為15℃~28℃),相對(duì)濕度不大于85%(一般控制在45%-65%)。
1.3儀器應(yīng)安裝在堅(jiān)固平穩(wěn)的工作臺(tái)上,且無強(qiáng)烈的震動(dòng)或持續(xù)震動(dòng)。
1.4室內(nèi)無硫化氫,亞硝酸氟等腐蝕性氣體。
1.5儀器應(yīng)遠(yuǎn)離高強(qiáng)度磁場(chǎng),電場(chǎng)及會(huì)產(chǎn)生高頻波的設(shè)備。
1.6儀器應(yīng)避免強(qiáng)風(fēng)的直接吹襲。
1.7儀器應(yīng)避免光的直接照射。
1.8儀器供電電源應(yīng)有良好的接地
2儀器安裝
2.1開箱后檢查儀器是否有損壞,并根據(jù)裝箱單核對(duì)附件是否齊全。
2.2確認(rèn)配件無誤后,插入電源線并接通電源。
2.3檢查儀器是否工作正常。

六、注意事項(xiàng):
1.測(cè)試模式應(yīng)在透光率(T)模式;
2.如果未置入遮光體合上樣品室,并其進(jìn)入光路便無法完成調(diào)T零;
3.調(diào)T零時(shí)不要打開樣品室、推拉樣品架;
4.調(diào)T零后(未取出遮光體),如切換至吸光率測(cè)試模式,顯示器上顯示為“.EL”。
5.如直接在吸光率(A)模式調(diào)T零,則在置入遮光體后不管顯示器上是否顯示“.EL”,均需按動(dòng)“調(diào)零”鍵。
6校正A光率
將蒸餾水樣品置入樣品架,并推拉樣品架拉桿其進(jìn)入光路。然后按動(dòng)“校正”鍵,此時(shí)屏幕顯示“BL”延時(shí)數(shù)秒便顯示“100.0”(在透光率模式時(shí))或“-.000”、“.000”(在吸光率模式時(shí)),即自動(dòng)完成校正。
7無色液體透明度測(cè)試
7.1按動(dòng)功能鍵,切換至“透光率”測(cè)試模式。
7.2調(diào)整測(cè)試波長(460納米)。
7.3用遮體調(diào)零
7.4用無色液體標(biāo)準(zhǔn)液校正100.00%
7.5置入待測(cè)樣品,讀取測(cè)試數(shù)據(jù)。

6 Correction A Luminance

7 colorless liquid transparency test

八、儀器日常保養(yǎng):
該儀器是精密光學(xué)儀器,出廠前經(jīng)過精細(xì)的裝配和調(diào)試,如果能對(duì)儀器進(jìn)行恰當(dāng)?shù)木S護(hù)與保養(yǎng),不僅能保證儀器的可靠性和穩(wěn)定性,也可以延長儀器的使用壽命。
1按4.1為儀器提供一個(gè)良好的工作環(huán)境。
2在測(cè)試過程中,要注意防止溶液濺入樣品架和樣品室內(nèi),盛有測(cè)試溶液的比色皿不宜在樣品室內(nèi)久置。
3要注意保護(hù)比色皿的光學(xué)窗(透光面)。除不要擦傷外,主要要防止光學(xué)窗被污染,使用完畢后要及時(shí)洗,不要?dú)埓娴臉悠坊蛳礈煲焊皆诠鈱W(xué)窗上,以保持其良好的配對(duì)性。
4每次使用后應(yīng)檢查樣品室內(nèi)是否積存有溢出溶液,經(jīng)常擦拭樣品室,以防廢液對(duì)部件或光學(xué)元件的腐蝕。
5儀器使用完畢應(yīng)好防塵罩,可在樣品室內(nèi)放置干燥劑袋防潮,但開機(jī)時(shí)要取出。
6儀器液晶顯示器和鍵盤日常使用和儲(chǔ)存時(shí)應(yīng)注意防劃傷、防水、防塵和防腐蝕。
7定期進(jìn)行性能指標(biāo)檢測(cè),發(fā)現(xiàn)問題即與當(dāng)?shù)禺a(chǎn)品經(jīng)銷商或公司銷售部聯(lián)系。專業(yè)維修人員請(qǐng)勿擅自打開機(jī)殼進(jìn)行修理。
8長期不使用儀器時(shí),尤其要注意環(huán)境度、濕度,A好在樣品室內(nèi)放置干燥劑袋并定期更換。
Eight,instrument daily maintenance:

1 Provide a good working environment for the instrument according to 4.1.
2 During the test,care should be taken to prevent the solution from splashing into the sample rack and sample chamber.The cuvette containing the test solution should not be left in the sample chamber for a long time.
3 Pay attention to protect the optical window(light-transmitting surface)of the cuvette.In addition to not scratching,the main reason is to prevent the optical window from being contaminated.Wash it promptly after use,and do not attach residual samples or washing liquid to the optical window to maintain its good matching.
4 After each use,check whether there is any overflow solution in the sample chamber.Wipe the sample chamber frequently to prevent the liquid from corroding parts or optical components.
5 After the instrument is used,a dust cover should be installed.A desiccant bag can be placed in the sample room to prevent moisture,but it must be removed when the device is turned on.
6 The daily use and storage of the instrument's LCD display and keyboard should be protected from scratches,water,dust and corrosion.
7 Perform regular performance index inspections and contact your local product distributor or company sales department if problems are found.Professional maintenance personnel should not open the case for repair without authorization.
8 When the instrument is not used for a long time,pay special attention to the environmental degree and humidity.A is better to place a desiccant bag in the sample room and replace it regularly.
