　　漆膜圓錐彎曲試驗(yàn)儀結(jié)構(gòu)與工作原理：

　　該儀器為純機(jī)械式，其結(jié)構(gòu)主要由錐形軸1，拉桿3，操縱桿6，夾緊試板2等裝置組成。

　　其原理為：將試板插入拉桿與錐形軸之間，并用夾板夾緊手握操縱桿，由前向后翻軸（使試板繞錐形軸變曲），根據(jù)試板上涂層的裂痕位置來(lái)測(cè)定其剝離性能。

　　Structure and working principle of paint film cone bending tester:

　　The instrument is purely mechanical,ａnd its structure is mainly composed of tapered shaft 1,draw rod 3,joystick 6,clamping test plate 2 and other devices.

　　The principle is:insert the test plate between the pull rod and the tapered shaft,ａnd clamp the hａnd lever with the splint,ａnd turn the shaft from front to back(to make the test plate bend around the tapered shaft).The crack position was used to determine its peeling performance.

　　漆膜圓錐彎曲試驗(yàn)儀操作與使用方法：

　　★將制備好的試板的短邊20mm處，平行的裁去（裁去20mm*100mm以免試板邊緣影響測(cè)試結(jié)果）。

　　★將操縱桿6放在V形支承5上，將試板涂膜面朝著拉桿3插入，使其一個(gè)短邊（裁去20*100處）與軸的小端相接觸，然后轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)旋鈕4將試板夾住，然后均勻平穩(wěn)地轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)操縱桿使試板彎曲，使其在2—3S時(shí)間繞軸180°。記錄與軸小端相距A遠(yuǎn)的試板開(kāi)裂處（指涂膜開(kāi)裂），并做標(biāo)記，然后取下試板。

　　Operation and use of paint film cone bending tester:

　　★Cut off the short side of the prepared test plate 20mm in parallel(cut 20mm*100mm to avoid the test plate edge from affecting the test result).

　　★Place the joystick 6 on the V-shaped support 5 and insert the test plate coating film side toward the pull rod 3 so that one short side(cut 20*100)is in contact with the small end of the shaft,ａnd then turn the knob 4 Clamp the test plate,ａnd then turn the joystick evenly and smoothly to bend the test plate,making it 180°around the axis in 2-3S time.Record the crack on the test plate(referred to the cracking of the coating film)far from the small end of the shaft by A,mark it,ａnd then remove the test plate.

　　漆膜圓錐彎曲試驗(yàn)儀維護(hù)：

　　★使用一段時(shí)間后，轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)部位注少許機(jī)油，以保證其轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)靈活。

　　★不使用時(shí)應(yīng)用儀器罩遮蓋，用以防塵。
