　　巴克霍爾茲壓痕儀是**檢測儀器，用于色漆、清漆的單層涂膜或多層涂膜的壓痕試驗。此壓痕儀僅用于塑性變形的表面測量抗壓力。當使用壓痕儀在規(guī)定條件下施壓涂膜時，即可形成壓痕長度。以壓痕長度倒數(shù)的函數(shù)表示抗壓痕性試驗結(jié)果。當要求涂膜的性能（抗壓痕性）提高時，抗壓痕性值**增大。

　　Product introduction:

　　Buckholz indenter is a testing instrument for single-layer or multi-layer indentation tests of paints and varnishes.This indenter is only used to measure the pressure resistance of plastically deformed surfaces.The indentation length can be formed when the coating film is pressed under specified conditions using an indenter.The results of the indentation resistance test are expressed as a function of the inverse of the indentation length.When the performance(indentation resistance)of the coating film is required to be improved,the indentation resistance value**is increased.

　　技術(shù)參數(shù);

　　?壓痕儀整個裝置重1000±5g；

　　?壓痕儀上的有效負荷重500±5g；

　　?讀數(shù)顯微鏡：a、放大倍數(shù)20倍；

　　b、附帶光源入射角大于60°；

　　c、讀數(shù)精度0.1mm。

　　Second,the technical parameters;

　　?The entire device of the indenter weighs 1000±5g;

　　?The effective load on the indenter is 500±5g;

　　?Reading microscope:a.20x magnification;

　　B.Incident angle of incident light source is greater than 60°;

　　C.The reading accuracy is 0.1mm.

　　使用方法：

　　?通常具備的要求

　　1、在一個硬的平整無扭曲、表面無可見隆起的底材上；

　　2、在測試負荷下，底材必須不變形；

　　3、在測試期間，漆膜一般表現(xiàn)塑性變形，而不是彈性變形；

　　4、漆膜必須在壓痕裝置的負荷下，膜厚仍保持至少10um的厚度；

　　5、漆膜必須均勻、光滑和清潔。

　　?取樣按GB3186規(guī)定進行。

　　?試板按GB9275—88中第5條的要求制做。

　　Third,use method:

　　?General requirements

　　1.On a hard,flat substrate with no distortion and no visible bulge on the surface;

　　2.Under test load,the substrate must not be deformed;

　　3.During the test,the paint film generally shows plastic deformation instead of elastic deformation;

　　4,the paint film must be under the load of the indentation device,the film thickness remains at least 10um thickness;

　　5.The paint film must be uniform,smooth and clean.

　　?Sampling shall be conducted in accordance with GB3186.

　　?The test plate is made according to the requirements of Article 5 of GB9275-88.

　　試驗步驟：

　　?試驗環(huán)境條件

　　除非另有規(guī)定，試驗應(yīng)在溫度23±2°C；相對濕度（50±5）%的條件下進行。

　　?壓痕長度測定

　　1、將試板漆膜朝上，放在穩(wěn)固的試驗臺平面上；

　　2、將壓痕器輕輕地放在試板適當?shù)奈恢蒙希环艜r應(yīng)**先使裝置的腳與試板接觸，然后小心地放下壓痕器?？上仍谠囼瀴汉鄣奈恢蒙献鲇浱?，以便壓后重新找到壓痕。放置30±1s后拾起裝置離開試板時，應(yīng)先是壓痕器，后是裝置的腳。

　　3、除非另有規(guī)定，移去壓痕器后35±5s期間內(nèi)，用顯微鏡放在測定的位置上，測定壓痕產(chǎn)生的影像長度以毫米表示，**到0.1mm，記錄其結(jié)果。

　　4、在同一試板上的不同部位進行5次試驗，計算其算術(shù)平均值。

　　?抗壓痕性的計算

　　1、將平均值數(shù)字修約成A近似表中某一欄的值，用該壓痕長度舍入值查表來得到抗壓痕性。

　　2、通過下式計算抗壓痕性：

　　100/L中式：L—壓痕長度mm

　　Fourth,test steps:

　　?Test environmental conditions

　　Unless otherwise specified,the test shall be performed at a temperature of 23±2°C and a relative humidity of(50±5)%.

　　?Determination of indentation length

　　1.Place the test panel with the paint film facing up and place it on a stable test bench plane;

　　2.Gently place the indenter on the appropriate position of the test plate;when placing it,make sure that the feet of the device are in contact with the test plate,ａnd then carefully lower the indenter.Mark the position of the test indentation first so that the indentation can be found again after pressing.After picking up the device and leaving the test plate after 30±1s,it should be the indenter first,ａnd then the feet of the device.

　　3.Unless otherwise specified,within 35±5s after removing the indenter,place it on the measurement position with a microscope,ａnd measure the length of the image produced by the indentation in millimeters,**to 0.1mm,ａnd record the results.

　　4.Perform 5 tests on different parts of the same test panel,ａnd calculate the arithmetic mean.

　　?Calculation of indentation resistance

　　1.Round the average number to the value in a column of the A approximation table,ａnd use the rounded value of the indentation length to look up the table to get the indentation resistance.

　　2.Calculate the indentation resistance by the following formula:

　　?測量使用后應(yīng)將儀器擦干凈放回包裝盒內(nèi)。

　　?儀器應(yīng)放在干燥處。

　　?螺口聚光燈泡2..2V，0.2A為易損件。

　　?每次使用后應(yīng)將手電筒中的電池（自備）拆下

　　Six,matters needing attention:

　　?After measurement,wipe the instrument and put it back in the box.

　　?The instrument should be placed in a dry place.

　　?Screw-type spotlight bulb 2..2V,0.2A is a wearing part.

　　?The battery(self-supplied)in the flashlight should be removed after each use
