　　砂磨分散攪拌多用機(jī)維護(hù)保養(yǎng)：

　　三角皮帶應(yīng)長短相等，放入傳動(dòng)箱內(nèi)，松緊適當(dāng)，擰緊滑板螺栓，蓋好上蓋。

　　設(shè)備若長期停車不用，須切斷電源，全部擦洗干凈，各潤滑部位注油，主軸和油缸涂油防銹。

　　油箱用46#液壓機(jī)油，每半年更換一次并清洗油箱，濾網(wǎng)每月清洗一次，換油后兩三天內(nèi)清洗一次。

　　分散機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)部分的齒輪、軸承、滾珠、軸與軸套及油缸，每周注油一次，在使用過程中發(fā)現(xiàn)過熱或不正常噪音應(yīng)及時(shí)檢查。

　　如因超載而熱繼電器動(dòng)作引起停車，則需撳下熱繼電器的“復(fù)位”按鈕，方能繼續(xù)操作。

　　交流接觸器每半年檢查一次，設(shè)備使用一年檢修一次。

　　分散機(jī)定期檢查分散機(jī)易損件，如軸承、油封等，發(fā)現(xiàn)有磨損立即更換。

　　每天必須摸分散機(jī)鍋檢查一次，并認(rèn)真作好摸鍋記錄。

　　當(dāng)葉片直徑為D時(shí)，容器直徑取3.4－3.9D，葉片離地面高度0.5－0.7D，裝料高度取2.4－3D，能取得良好的分散效果。

　　立柱與攪拌軸需定期加潤滑油，一般每班加油一次。

　　傳動(dòng)三角帶不定期的檢查。

　　Sanding and dispersing mixing multi-purpose machine maintenance:

　　The V-belt should be equal in length and put into the transmission box.It is properly tightened.Tighten the bolts of the slide plate and close the cover.

　　If the equipment is not used for a long period of time,the power must be cut off,all cleaned,the lubrication parts are filled with oil,ａnd the main shaft and oil cylinder are oiled to prevent rust.

　　The fuel tank uses 46#hydraulic oil,which is replaced every six months and the fuel tank is cleaned.The filter is cleaned once a month and once every two to three days after the oil change.

　　Gears,bearings,balls,shafts,bushings and oil cylinders of the rotating part of the dispersing machine are filled with oil once a week.If overheating or abnormal noise is found during use,it should be checked in time.

　　If the thermal relay is shut down due to overload,you need to press the"Reset"button of the thermal relay to continue operation.

　　The AC contactor is checked every six months,ａnd the equipment is overhauled once a year.

　　The dispersing machine regularly inspects the wearing parts of the dispersing machine,such as bearings,oil seals,etc.,ａnd immediately replaces it if found to be worn.

　　The pot of the disperser must be inspected once a day,ａnd the record of the pot should be carefully recorded.

　　When the diameter of the blade is D,the diameter of the container is 3.4-3.9D,the height of the blade from the ground is 0.5-0.7D,ａnd the filling height is 2.4-3D,which can achieve good dispersion effect.

　　Lubricants need to be added regularly to the columns and mixing shafts,usually once every shift.

　　The drive triangle belt is inspected irregularly.

　　砂磨分散攪拌多用機(jī)操作規(guī)程：

　　開車前

　　檢查分散機(jī)油位是否加注到規(guī)定位置，低應(yīng)加至規(guī)定油位，高應(yīng)放至規(guī)定位置。

　　檢查三角皮帶松緊是否適當(dāng)。

　　用手盤動(dòng)葉輪應(yīng)轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)靈活，無磨擦聲。

　　檢查各緊固件是否松動(dòng)及各密封部位有無滲漏現(xiàn)象。

　　開啟分散機(jī)主電機(jī)，檢查攪拌的旋向是否與設(shè)備所規(guī)定的方向相同。

　　確認(rèn)以上檢查工作無誤后方可開車。

　　開車

　　將葉輪放在分散機(jī)容器的中間位置，撳下降按鈕，下降到低位置或要求的位置。

　　兩只手柄必須鎖緊后才能開車。

　　開主電機(jī)，按操作需要轉(zhuǎn)速按下按鈕，

　　操作過程中應(yīng)經(jīng)常注意電流，如發(fā)現(xiàn)超載運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)，應(yīng)停車檢查原因，采取措施后再繼續(xù)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)分散機(jī)。

　　停車

　　先停主電動(dòng)機(jī)，使葉輪全部停止轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)。

　　開分散機(jī)上升按鈕，使主軸葉輪上升至容器之上，清洗葉輪。

　　Before driving

　　Check whether the oil level of the dispersing machine is filled to the specified position.Low should be added to the specified oil level and high should be placed to the specified position.

　　Check that the V-belt is tight.

　　Rotating the impeller by hａnd should be flexible and non-friction.

　　Check whether each fastener is loose and whether there are leaks in each sealing part.

　　Turn on the main motor of the disperser and check whether the rotation direction of the stirring is the same as that specified by the equipment.

　　Make sure that the above inspection work is correct before driving.

　　Drive

　　Place the impeller in the middle position of the disperser container,press the lower button,ａnd lower to the lower position or the required position.

　　Both handles must be locked before driving.

　　Turn on the main motor and press the button at the speed required for operation.

　　Always pay attention to the current during the operation.If overload operation is found,stop the machine to check the cause,ａnd continue to operate the disperser after taking measures.

　　parking

　　Stop the main motor first to stop all the impellers.

　　Turn on the disperser up button to raise the main shaft impeller above the container and clean the impeller.
