　　★儀器安裝

　　1、打開包裝箱，將儀器放置在通風(fēng)、平整且穩(wěn)固的試驗(yàn)臺上，檢查儀器外觀是否受到損害。

　　2、按照裝箱單清點(diǎn)儀器的配、附件。

　　3、毛細(xì)管等玻璃器皿等應(yīng)輕拿輕放，防止損壞。

　　瀝青動力粘度計操作規(guī)程：

　　★測試前的準(zhǔn)備

　　1、使用本儀器前應(yīng)仔細(xì)閱讀使用說明書。

　　2、仔細(xì)閱讀中華人民共和國交通行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)JTJ052《公路工程瀝青及瀝青混合料試驗(yàn)規(guī)程》中的T0623《瀝青動力粘度試驗(yàn)（真空減壓毛細(xì)管法）》或中華人民共和國石油化工行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)SH/0557《石油瀝青粘度測定法（真空毛細(xì)管法）》，了解并熟悉標(biāo)準(zhǔn)所闡述的試驗(yàn)方法、試驗(yàn)步驟和試驗(yàn)要求。

　　3、按標(biāo)準(zhǔn)所規(guī)定的要求，準(zhǔn)備好試驗(yàn)用的各種試驗(yàn)器具、材料等。

　　4、檢查本儀器的工作狀態(tài)，使其符合說明書所規(guī)定的工作環(huán)境和工作條件。

　　5、檢查本儀器的外殼，必須處于良好的接地狀態(tài)。

　　★儀器操作

　　1、將玻璃浴缸內(nèi)加入足量的水（水面離箱蓋約30mm）。當(dāng)電源開關(guān)上有燈顯示，電路已接通。

　　2、按下控溫儀面板上的“設(shè)定”鍵，旋轉(zhuǎn)設(shè)定旋鈕，使溫控儀上顯示60.00℃，再按一下“設(shè)定”鍵，溫度控制系統(tǒng)即開始恒溫控制并使水浴的溫度恒定于60.00℃±0.01℃。

　　3、將毛細(xì)管和試樣置于烘箱中（135℃±5℃）加熱30分鐘后，把瀝青試樣從裝料管A注入毛細(xì)管粘度計，試樣應(yīng)不粘在管壁上，并使試樣液面在裝料線處±2mm之內(nèi)，再將裝好試樣的毛細(xì)管粘度計放回烘箱中（135℃±5℃），保溫10min±2min以使管中試樣所產(chǎn)生的氣泡逸出。

　　4、從烘箱中取出毛細(xì)管粘度計，在室溫下冷卻2min后，安裝在保持試驗(yàn)溫度的水浴中，其位置應(yīng)使I標(biāo)線在水浴液面以下至少為20mm，確認(rèn)真空閥門關(guān)閉并將真空管接至毛細(xì)管一端。

　　★Preparation before testing

　　2.Carefully read T0623"Asphalt Dynamic Viscosity Test(Vacuum Decompression Capillary Method)"in the Transportation Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China JTJ052"Testing Methods for Asphalt and Asphalt Mixtures of Highway Engineering"or the People's Republic of China Petroleum Industry Standard SH/0557 Petroleum Bitumen Viscosity Method(Vacuum Capillary Method)"to understａnd and be familiar with the test methods,test procedures and test requirements described in the standard.

　　3.According to the requirements specified in the standard,prepare various test instruments and materials for testing.

　　4.Check the working status of the instrument to make it comply with the working environment and conditions specified in the instructions.

　　5.Check the case of the instrument,it must be in a good grounding state.

　　★Instrument operation

　　1.Add a sufficient amount of water to the glass bathtub(the water surface is about 30mm away from the cover).When there is a light on the power switch,the circuit is on.

　　2.Press the"Set"key on the panel of the temperature controller,turn the setting knob to display 60.00℃on the temperature controller,ａnd then press the"Set"key again,the temperature control system will start the constant temperature control and make the water bath The temperature is constant at 60.00℃±0.01℃.

　　3.Put the capillary tube and the sample in an oven(135°C±5°C)for 30 minutes,then inject the asphalt sample from the filling tube A into the capillary viscometer.The sample should not stick to the tube wall,ａnd the test The sample liquid level is within±2mm at the loading line,ａnd then return the capillary viscometer with the sample back to the oven(135℃±5℃),ａnd keep it for 10min±2min to allow the bubbles generated in the tube to escape.Out.

　　4.Take the capillary viscometer out of the oven,ａnd cool it at room temperature for 2 minutes,then install it in a water bath that maintains the test temperature.Its position should be at least 20mm below the liquid level of the water bath.Make sure the vacuum valve is closed and the vacuum tube is connected To the end of the capillary.
