　　瀝青振動(dòng)壓實(shí)成型機(jī)是依照《公路瀝青路面設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范JTG D50-2006》，采用高頻振動(dòng)技術(shù)、電器控制技術(shù)、機(jī)械精加工技術(shù)開(kāi)發(fā)的，主要用于瀝青混合料振動(dòng)壓實(shí)成型，結(jié)構(gòu)型式參照美國(guó)進(jìn)口的振動(dòng)壓實(shí)儀。(靜壓法)

　　瀝青振動(dòng)壓實(shí)成型機(jī)目的與適用范圍:

　　★本方法規(guī)定用靜壓法制作瀝青混合料試件的方法，以供在試驗(yàn)室進(jìn)行瀝青混合料物理力學(xué)性質(zhì)試驗(yàn)。

　　★凡采用靜壓法制作的試件，有條件時(shí)均可用振動(dòng)壓實(shí)或搓揉成型設(shè)備代替，成型試件以密度達(dá)到馬歇爾標(biāo)準(zhǔn)擊實(shí)試件密度100±1℅控制。

　　★瀝青混合料試件制作時(shí)的試件尺寸應(yīng)符合試件直徑不小于公稱A大集料粒徑的4倍，試件厚度不小于公稱A大集料粒徑的1~1.5倍的規(guī)定，其礦料規(guī)格及試件數(shù)量應(yīng)符合本規(guī)程T 0702的規(guī)定。

　　Purpose and scope of asphalt vibration compaction molding machine

　　★This method specifies the method for making asphalt mixture test pieces by the static pressure method for testing the physical and mechanical properties of asphalt mixture in the laboratory.

　　★Any test piece produced by the static pressure method can be replaced by vibration compaction or kneading molding equipment when conditions permit.The formed test piece is controlled to a density of 100±1℅,which is the density of the Marshall standard compacted test piece.

　　★The size of the asphalt mixture test piece should be in accordance with the requirement that the diameter of the test piece is not less than 4 times the nominal A large aggregate particle size,ａnd the thickness of the test piece is not less than 1 to 1.5 times the nominal A large aggregate particle size.The specifications of the mineral materials and the number of test pieces shall comply with the provisions of T 0702 of this code.

　　瀝青振動(dòng)壓實(shí)成型機(jī)儀具與材料：

　　★壓力機(jī)或帶壓力表的千斤頂：不小于300KN。

　　★試驗(yàn)室用瀝青混合料拌和機(jī)：能保住拌合溫度并充分拌合均勻，可控制拌合時(shí)間，拌和機(jī)的容量為10L（小型）或30L（大型）。

　　★脫模器：電動(dòng)或手動(dòng)，可無(wú)破損地推出圓柱體試件，備有要求尺寸的推出環(huán)。

　　★各種試模：包括壓頭，每種至少3組，由高碳鋼或工具鋼制成，試模尺寸應(yīng)保證成型后符合要求試件尺寸的規(guī)定。

　　★抗壓試驗(yàn)圓柱體試模：采用φ100mm×100mm的試件尺寸時(shí)，試模內(nèi)徑與試件直徑相同，試模高180mm，上下壓頭直徑100mm，上壓頭高50mm，下壓頭高90mm。

　　三軸試驗(yàn)圓柱體試模：采用φ100mm×200mm的試件尺寸時(shí)，內(nèi)徑與試件直徑相同，試模高300mm，上下壓頭直徑100mm，上壓頭高50mm，下壓頭高90mm，試模也可由一個(gè)分成兩半的內(nèi)套和一個(gè)圓柱形外套組成。

　　★烘箱：大、中型各一臺(tái)，裝有溫度調(diào)節(jié)器。

　　★臺(tái)秤、天平或電子稱：稱量5kg以上的感量不大于1g；稱量5kg以下時(shí)，用于稱量礦料的感量不大于0.5g，用于稱量瀝青的感量不大于0.1g。

　　Asphalt vibration compaction molding machine instruments and materials:

　　★Press machine or jack with pressure gauge:not less than 300KN.

　　★Asphalt mixing machine used in the laboratory:It can keep the mixing temperature and fully mix uniformly,ａnd can control the mixing time.The capacity of the mixing machine is 10L(small)or 30L(large).

　　★Demoulder:electric or manual,can push out the cylindrical test piece without damage,with a push-out ring of the required size.

　　★Various test molds:including indenters,each of which has at least 3 groups,made of high-carbon steel or tool steel.The size of the test molds should be guaranteed to meet the requirements of the required test piece size after forming.

　　★Cylinder test mold for compression test:When the test piece size ofφ100mm×100mm is used,the inner diameter of the test mold is the same as the diameter of the test piece,the test mold is 180mm high,the upper and lower indenter diameters are 100mm,the upper indenter height is 50mm,ａnd the lower indenter height is 90mm..

　　Triaxial test cylinder test mold:When the test piece size ofφ100mm×200mm is used,the inner diameter is the same as the diameter of the test piece,the test mold height is 300mm,the upper and lower indenter diameters are 100mm,the upper indenter height is 50mm,ａnd the lower indenter height is 90mm.It can also consist of a two-part inner sleeve and a cylindrical outer sleeve.

　　★Oven:one large and one medium,equipped with temperature regulator.

　　★Bench scale,balance or electronic scale:when weighing more than 5kg,the sensitivity is not more than 1g;when weighing less than 5kg,the sensitivity is not greater than 0.5g for weighing minerals,ａnd the sensitivity is not greater than 0.1 for weighing asphalt g.

　　瀝青運(yùn)動(dòng)粘度測(cè)定設(shè)備：毛細(xì)管粘度計(jì)或賽波特粘度計(jì)。

　　★插刀或大螺絲刀。

　　墊塊。

　　★溫度計(jì)：分度為1℃。宜采用有金屬插桿的熱電偶瀝青溫度計(jì)，金屬插桿的長(zhǎng)度應(yīng)不小于300mm，量程0℃~300℃，數(shù)字顯示或度盤(pán)指針的分度0.1℃，且有留置讀數(shù)功能。

　　★其它：電爐或煤氣爐、瀝青熔化鍋、拌和鏟、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)篩、濾紙（或普通紙）、膠布、卡尺、秒表、粉筆、棉紗等。

　　Asphalt kinematic viscosity measuring equipment:capillary viscometer or Saibert viscometer.

　　★Insert knife or large screwdriver.

　　Pads.

　　★Thermometer:The division is 1℃.A thermocouple asphalt thermometer with a metal pin should be used.The length of the metal pin should be not less than 300mm,the range is 0°C to 300°C,the division of the digital display or dial pointer is 0.1°C,ａnd it has a read-out function.
