　　馬歇爾穩(wěn)定度測(cè)定儀行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)t0709-2011要求。它具有數(shù)字式荷載和流動(dòng)顯示器，顯示器能自動(dòng)保持峰值荷載和相應(yīng)的流動(dòng)讀數(shù)，從而使操作人員能立即計(jì)算出馬歇爾商數(shù)(峰值荷載、流值)。

　　Marshall stability tester meets the industry standard t0709-2011 requirements.It has a digital load and flow display.The display can automatically maintain the peak load and corresponding flow readings,so that the operator can immediately calculate the Marshall quotient(peak load,flow value).

　　馬歇爾穩(wěn)定度測(cè)定儀主要特點(diǎn)：

　　★設(shè)有過(guò)載保護(hù)，下降過(guò)位保護(hù)。

　　★操作簡(jiǎn)便，測(cè)試數(shù)據(jù)準(zhǔn)確，性能穩(wěn)定可靠。

　　★儀器自動(dòng)試驗(yàn)，顯示并打印穩(wěn)定度及對(duì)應(yīng)的流值，繪制試件受力變形的坐標(biāo)曲線(xiàn)圖。

　　★可存儲(chǔ)15組試件的試驗(yàn)結(jié)果。

　　★大型液晶屏顯示曲線(xiàn)和穩(wěn)定度及流值。

　　★流值檢測(cè)有單路與雙路兩種。

　　★試驗(yàn)由儀器或計(jì)算機(jī)自動(dòng)控制，試件受壓變形過(guò)程數(shù)據(jù)及曲線(xiàn)由計(jì)算機(jī)自動(dòng)存盤(pán)并顯示，可通過(guò)打印機(jī)打印輸出，好彩色噴墨打印機(jī)。

　　★**的自動(dòng)分析軟件，按照《瀝青混合料配合比設(shè)計(jì)方法》繪制出各種曲線(xiàn)，自動(dòng)給出A佳瀝青用量，可通過(guò)打印機(jī)輸出。

　　★可以選配大壓頭做大馬歇爾試驗(yàn)，也可選配雙壓頭做大小兩種試驗(yàn)。

　　★機(jī)器配有USB接口。

　　★可選配串口，上位機(jī)軟件可以進(jìn)行分析處理。

　　Main characteristics of Marshall stability tester:

　　★With overload protection and falling over-position protection.

　　★Easy operation,accurate test data and stable and reliable performance.

　　★The instrument automatically tests,displays and prints the stability and the corresponding flow value,ａnd draws the coordinate curve diagram of the specimen under deformation.

　　★Can store the test results of 15 groups of test pieces.

　　★L(fēng)arge LCD screen displays curve,stability and current value.

　　★There are two types of current value detection:single and dual.

　　★The test is automatically controlled by the instrument or computer.The data and curve of the compression deformation process of the test piece are automatically saved and displayed by the computer,ａnd can be printed out by a printer.Good color inkjet printer.

　　★**Automatic analysis software,draws various curves according to"Asphalt Mixture Proportion Design Method",automatically gives the A-best amount of asphalt,which can be output through a printer.

　　★L(fēng)arge Marshall test can be selected for double indenters,ａnd double size indenters can be used for both large and small tests.

　　★The machine is equipped with a USB interface.

　　★Optional serial port,PC software can analyze and process.
