工作原理                                                          

本機(jī)篩片和輸送過(guò)程在封閉結(jié)構(gòu)的篩片箱內(nèi)完成，工作時(shí)篩片箱及進(jìn)、出料口為負(fù)壓，無(wú)粉塵外逸。篩片箱與動(dòng)力箱隔離，快卸結(jié)構(gòu)，裝拆、清洗方便；與藥物接觸的零部件均采用不銹鋼材料制造，符合藥品生產(chǎn)管理規(guī)范（GMP）實(shí)施指南對(duì)制藥設(shè)備的要求。

 

WORKING PRINCIPLE                                                       

The utility model has the advantages that the screen and the conveying process of the utility model are finished in a screen box of a closed structure, and the screen box and the inlet and outlet ports are negative pressure when working. 本機(jī)采用交流無(wú)刷電機(jī)實(shí)現(xiàn)無(wú)極調(diào)速，能滿(mǎn)足不同產(chǎn)量、不同藥品的除粉要求。進(jìn)料口和出料口高度、角度可在一定范圍內(nèi)任意調(diào)節(jié)，以適應(yīng)不同的工作要求；本機(jī)底部裝有腳輪，可將機(jī)器方便地移放到工作地點(diǎn)。本機(jī)由進(jìn)料斗、動(dòng)力箱、篩片箱、篩鼓、吹掃裝置、出料口、機(jī)架、調(diào)速裝置、傳動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)等部分組成，片子從進(jìn)料斗加入到篩鼓，篩鼓由交流調(diào)速電機(jī)及減速機(jī)構(gòu)組成的動(dòng)力箱驅(qū)動(dòng)而旋轉(zhuǎn)，片子沿著篩鼓內(nèi)的螺旋板在圓周下方像出料口傳送，篩鼓上的網(wǎng)孔對(duì)片子進(jìn)行溫和磨邊，壓縮空氣吹掃裝置對(duì)片子表面近距離連續(xù)吹掃，粉塵在噴射氣流、離心力和重力的作用下由篩鼓進(jìn)行“片”和“粉”分離，同時(shí)粉塵隨吸塵氣流吸入粉塵收集裝置內(nèi)，ZUI終清除片子表面吸附的粉塵和毛邊部分。機(jī)器可借助升降支桿及鎖緊手柄調(diào)整進(jìn)料口和出料口的工作高度和角度。

 

MAIN FEATURE                                                                   

This machine adopts AC brushless motor to realize stepless speed regulation, can meet the requirements of different production and different drugs. The height and angle of the feed inlet and the outlet can be adjusted in a certain range in order to adapt to different working requirements. This machine consists of hopper, power box, sieve box, drum sieve, purging device, discharging port, frame, speed regulating device, transmission mechanism and other parts of the film from the hopper into the sieve drum, drum sieve power box by AC speed regulating motor and reducer which is driven to rotate along the screen, film the circumference of the spiral plate inside the drum like below the outlet conveyor, drum sieve mesh on the film of mild grinding, compressed air blowing device on the film surface close continuous blowing, dust in the air jet, centrifugal force and gravity by drum sieve "piece" and "powder" separation at the same time, with the dust suction air inhalation of dust collecting device, dust removal and the final part of the film surface adsorption. The machine can adjust the working height and angle of the feed inlet and outlet by means of the lifting rod and the locking handle.

本機(jī)應(yīng)用壓縮空氣吹掃，離心除粉，滾筒磨邊原理，清除附著在片子表面的粉末及邊緣毛邊，使片子表面清潔，邊緣整齊。篩片箱與動(dòng)力箱隔離，快卸結(jié)構(gòu)，裝拆、清洗方便；與藥物接觸的零部件均采用不銹鋼材料制造，符合GMP對(duì)制藥設(shè)備要求。
